Here at The BMW Store we’ve done a lot in over 4 decades and are very proud of our past and looking forward to an incredible future. Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started!
It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new car and my first BMW. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional. I never felt pressured and he did a great job showcasing the c new car and my first BMW. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional. I never felt pressured and he did a great job showcasing the car during the test drive. Once I showed interest in buying he came back quickly with what I thought was a very fair offer from the start for the BMW and my trade in. After the deal was agreed upon while the documents were being prepared Susan showed me how to use the features of the car, get my phone set up to work with it and how to use the different settings. She was very good at answering my questions, getting things set up the way I wanted them, and getting me ready to drive home with my new car. The finance process was fairly quick and well prepared. Eric was friendly and walked me through the documents making sure I understood everything. Overall it was a great buying experience and from the time I took the test drive to the time I drove my BMW home it only took a few hours. Professional staff, everyone is friendly, and the office is clean and impressive. Make sure to check out some of the cool cars they have on display on the top floor. Once I left I felt like I was not only highly valued as a customer but my time was valued as well. This is the nicest car I have ever had and I appreciate them making the experience so pleasant. More
