I can't say enough about the treatment I have received from everyone at Tim Lalley Chevrolet. Jeff McCune is the best sales person I have ever dealt with, especially in a car dealership. He is VERY frie from everyone at Tim Lalley Chevrolet. Jeff McCune is the best sales person I have ever dealt with, especially in a car dealership. He is VERY friendly and knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and more important - HE LISTENS! It was a pleasure to visit this dealership, from the day I walked in the door unannounced and met Jeff for the first time, until we worked our way through all my questions and concerns, and picked up my new Malibu yesterday. Anthony Paolella was very helpful and the "techie" guy (Alex), as friendly and helpful as everyone else, was a real help in moving the paperwork along. GOOD JOB JEFF! More

I have been with this dealership since 2016, the people are always polite.Its always very clean.They listen to my concern. Sean and Matt are helpful at all times. Sometimes the cost of service can be a lit are always polite.Its always very clean.They listen to my concern. Sean and Matt are helpful at all times. Sometimes the cost of service can be a little expensive and the wait sometimes can be a little long. Thank god for there movie theater especially o those long waits.However, I have no complaints. I live in Avon Ohio and there is Chevrolet dealership right down the street from me in walking distance and I prefer to travel to Tim Lally Chevrolet . More
