That said, when we got to the dealership the prices we were quoted for our trade ins didn't come close to matching. We were disappointed that the sales manager played the back and forth game that kept us at the table for three hours. We had done our research and knew our numbers, which we eventually got to, but was this ruse necessary?? ...it's time consuming and aggravating! Macy was very good at closing up the paperwork, and the young lady that put us in our car was great! Our overall experience was very good! It's just a long drive from Dayton for what we anticipated to be an abbreviated visit because we had signed everything electronically the night before.
