I would strongly advise considering other options if you’re looking to purchase a new car. Three years ago, I placed my name on the list for the C8 ZR1 with Tom Gill. In January, I requested an update o you’re looking to purchase a new car. Three years ago, I placed my name on the list for the C8 ZR1 with Tom Gill. In January, I requested an update on how the dealership would be allocating the car. Jessika assured me I would receive an update in a few days, but after multiple follow-ups, I continued to receive vague responses with no substantial information. Most recently, on February 27, 2025, I had a 10-minute conversation with Tom Gill regarding the C8 ZR1 allocations. He informed me that the allocations would be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and that I would be first in line for their first allocation. After our conversation, I reached out to Jessika, who seemed confused and mentioned that she would need to consult with Phillip, the General Manager. Phillip later informed me that the allocation decision would be based on “customer relationships,” which contradicts the initial first-come, first-served approach. It raises the question: what is the purpose of creating a list if it will not be followed? I have been part of many similar lists with different dealers, and they have always adhered to the first-come, first-served policy. I requested a phone call from Phillip and left a voicemail, but he did not return my call. It was unprofessional to relay such important information through his saleswoman, Jessika, rather than addressing it directly with me. I also followed up with Tom via email regarding our conversation, but received no response. In my experience, the communication and management at this dealership have been subpar. If you are looking for a dealership that values transparency, professionalism, and sticking to their word, I would recommend looking elsewhere. More
