I would love to give my sales person a great review, but Dealer Rater sucks so bad about updating dealership personell, I do not see my salesperson, or my finance person to give them a great review. Again, Toyota Direct needs to save the money they pay dealer rater for reviews they are not getting and get with a new program that increases the ratings reviews. More

Very much appreciate the flexibility to come in at the last minute for an urgent tire repair. Intense arctic blast with a screw in a tire is not a safe way to travel, even the night before a country wide last minute for an urgent tire repair.
