Frustrating first I was told the inspection fee would be about $100 on phone then told at the dealer it was actually closer to $200. Then my info on the computer was a mess with my car listed under another about $100 on phone then told at the dealer it was actually closer to $200. Then my info on the computer was a mess with my car listed under another customers name resulting in me waiting for news on the inspection for over 3hr. Once tech finally got to me site was close to closing and they could not get warranty info due to my warranty coverage being listed incorrectly. Had to call back 2 days later after no news on my warranty coverage to find out the tech I was working with did not work there anymore. 4 phone calls later and run around to different people till I could get ahold of someone I could work with and now it’s been 5 days and I’m still awaiting info on my warranty coverage.
