I will not be returning. I get charged $165 for diagnostics on my tire pressure monitoring system and get told the system didn’t throw a code? The system told me to take it in for service and there is no code?!? I am told now that I am out of warranty that I need to pay $5400 to fix an oil leak where the signs of the leak have been present for the last three years?!? I get it, warranty reimbursement doesn’t pay the same as gouging customers, so just wait until the warranty is expired to bring it up. No I will never to business with Toyota Direct again. Please take me off of your mailing list and do not call me to schedule service. More
