Such a bad experience. ...We were sold a brand new car with a broken part. After we signed the papers, salesman told us while handing over the key that there is some minor d ...We were sold a brand new car with a broken part. After we signed the papers, salesman told us while handing over the key that there is some minor damage that needs to be fixed and it will take only 20 mins. We took the car next day and were told that a part needs replaced. It took one whole week of follow ups and constant message like part did not arrive even though they said they will get the part in one day. Finally, they fixed the car but it took 3 additional trips and agony. The salesman Buntly refused to help when we complained within 3 days. I am not sure who Thomas Wiley is but we dealt with Quinton. No apology over this whole saga. Never going there again. More

Candy was very helpful on our return visit, answering all of our questions in detail. So far we are pleased with the car, but we could’ve bought it at any Toyota dealership. I’ve bought three cars previously at Kings Toyota in Cincinnati, all were positive experiences. More
