Then they ordered the part and had it shipped my house so I could put it on myself because it is a long drive for me open up the box and it’s the wrong part gave them a call and they said that they would be back with me and I haven’t heard from them cents not happy or pleased with the results More

Honored their price, but not pleased Found a used 2012 F150 on the lot and was given a price of $16,991. I left the dealership to continue my vehicle search. A few days later, I was conta Found a used 2012 F150 on the lot and was given a price of $16,991. I left the dealership to continue my vehicle search. A few days later, I was contacted via text message by the sales representative that was helping me the day I looked at the F150. The message I received was "Are you still interested in this truck or not?". I did not appreciate this message, because I was not informed who was messaging me, about what truck they were speaking of, and it came across as a rude way of asking. I did return to the dealership to purchase the truck because I liked it and the price was below Kelly Blue Book value. When I returned to the dealership, they had raised the sticker price of the vehicle two thousand more dollars. But they honored the price they originally gave me. And they said they would have the scratches on the truck buffed out for me the following week. I was told they would come to my work to pick the truck up from me and have it returned or have a courtesy vehicle for me if the truck was not finished. The truck did not get completed in time, and yet I was not left a courtesy vehicle. So I had to find a ride to pick up my vehicle from the dealership. I feel neutral about this dealership, but I would not recommend it to people. More

Best Truck I have ever owned in my lifetime. I bought a new Truck in 2011 from Toyota of Cleveland. It was a great experience for me to have compared to all of the other Truck and Car buying expe I bought a new Truck in 2011 from Toyota of Cleveland. It was a great experience for me to have compared to all of the other Truck and Car buying experiences that I have ever had. I found the Truck that I wanted and I made a call to the Dealership and the next thing I know I was driving to Toyota of Cleveland. So the other day I decided that I wanted to purchase a new Truck. So I called Toyota of Cleveland and talked to a man there and it only took a couple of phone calls to get the price that I wanted for my Truck and seal the deal. This was on a Saturday. I drove to the Dealership on Thursday and traded in my 2011 Toyota Tundra for a new 2018 Toyota Tundra. Everyone at the Dealership there was so nice and friendly to me. I spoke with several of the people that worked there. Most all of them came up to me and started the conversation. It was like I already knew them. The fact that I drove 280 miles one way just to get there did not bother me at all. What was important to me was that all of those people there did not know that I drove 280 miles one way just to get to their Dealership. So I was getting treated just like everyone else that comes in the doors there. If you are looking for a Truck or Car buying experience like none of the other car buying experiences you have ever had, you need to drive to Toyota of Cleveland. I will not ever buy another vehicle from anywhere else. Toyota of Cleveland will always get my business. Don't just take my word for it, experience it for yourself and then you see just what I am talking about. More
