Great Dealership, Great Employees, Great Cars We've purchased two cars from Toyota of Cleveland this year. The management there always asks if they can help with anything, rather it be questions about the vehicles/process or just to get you refreshments. We are happy with the 2018 CH-R we leased in March and the 2018 Prius 3 we purchased a week ago. We've been averaging between 60 - 70 MPG in the Prius, which is really nice considering the current price of gas. All in all, we're satisfied with every aspect of our Toyota of Cleveland experiences. I plan on going back early next year to get a Tacoma or Tundra for myself. In fact, I look forward to it! More

We came to Toyota of Cleveland to look at anot My wife and I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry last weekend and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. We came to Toyota of Cleveland to look at another vehicle we had found online (thank you Bridget for your help when calling in to make sure it was still available). After test driving it and looking at numbers, we realized it wasn't the right fit for us at the time. We then looked at a different vehicle but as we sat in it, Demetrius (salesman) could tell we were a little hesitant with said vehicle and began to mention another that was parked right next to us, as it had a few additional features. We then asked if he would mind to walk back and get the keys for it. Given that it was extremely warm outside that day, he could have very easily been frustrated with us, but Demetrius was more than willing to do whatever he could to make our experience great and happily went back to get the keys. Turns out that the third time really is the charm as this was the Camry we ended up purchasing. We then spoke with Alfred to get the financing done and he was extremely friendly as well. By this time, both Demetrius and Alfred were staying past when the dealership closed but neither seemed to mind and did everything they could to answer our questions and make our experience a great one. We'll definitely be recommending Toyota of Cleveland to our friends and family! More

Zane Abdullah was our salesman and was very professional with knowledge of the Camry and very helpful in ever way possible. From meeting me on the lot, to locating 2 pacifiers for our grandson Max, during the final stages, he was fantastic!! He was always wanting to help in any was possible, from answering any questions, to helping my wife with Max. Couldn't ask for a nicer young man. Shane, the Sales Manager, was very helpful also with getting the deal done and making sure that everyone was taken care of and seeing our time went smoothly. Then there was Alfred Polk, the Finance Man!! He endured us for the longest!! And that means our grandson!! We were on borrowed time, but Alfred was experience and very patient with us. He used his ProPad on his desk to perfection! We signed and signed and he made the finance part very friendly and easy for us. Every finance man should have one of those pads.!!! He explained all the extra programs and warranties to us and was very thorough, which I appreciated. All three young men went out of their way to make our time at the dealership meaningful and worth our time. It was a trying time since we had grandson, but they were very helpful and we were very appreciative.!! We're looking forward to driving our Camry for a long time and will definitely tell other people about Toyota of Cleveland.
