I bought my new Camry from an awesome salesman today! Today I went to take my Toyota Tacoma in for a warranty service. While waiting I decided to trade the truck in. I was introduced to a salesman named Justice Hall. He was extremely nice and super professional throughout the entire process. He invested lots of time and energy to get the deal where I needed it, both on trade in Price and financing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing the vehicle. Justice literally went over every detail of the cars features and functions before I left, he even paired my phone and helped me swap my belongings over from my trade. I will most definitely recommend Justice and Toyota of Cleveland to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle. 10 our of 10 stars for this guy!!! The finance guy was also super helpful, he thoroughly explain each part of my contact and made sure I understood how the warranties and service plans work. My overall experience at this dealership was excellent and I would attribute that to the hard work and professionalism of the individuals that I worked with today!! More

An Incredible Day At Toyota Cleveland My wife and I had sent off some family this morning that had been visiting and had to leave early, so we decided to head up to the Toyota dealership o My wife and I had sent off some family this morning that had been visiting and had to leave early, so we decided to head up to the Toyota dealership off Exit 20 since we had not been there before and needed a new car. I had previously owned several other Toyotas during my driving days and currently own a Lexus 400. However, we had gotten used to driving a mini-van and an SUV while traveling for my wife’s company and decided to look at something similar but a bit smaller since we were not having to travel as much and as such would no longer need to take as many possessions around with us anymore. I told my wife the purpose of our visit to Cleveland Toyota was not to buy a car but just to look around and see what types of cars were available. It was a bit cold outside, so we decided to drive around the parking lot and see if anything struck our eye. We had already driven up and down several rows when out of nowhere someone popped up immediately to help us. We couldn’t believe he came out to greet us in the freezing cold, so we pulled over to say hello. His name was Rod McClelland who was sporting a fine Irish Tweed hat and a great smile. Somehow I thought to myself that behind that smile, he knew we were not leaving without a new Cleveland Toyota car! Little did we know it, but we had just met a true gentleman who would spend the afternoon with us and be the low key, extremely helpful seasoned sales guy that you couldn’t help but to like immediately. I asked Rod if we could look in the showroom at some models since it was too cold for my wife, who had recently undergone surgery, to walk around outside. He immediately asked us inside and my wife decided to wait in our car while I scoped out the different available models. To make a long story short, Rod listened to my specs and price I was looking to spend and immediately took me to see several different models available and told me to take my time and look through them to see if it was what I was looking for. I looked at about three models and still did not find the one car that I was hoping to see. So, Rod, with a big smile on his face, said he just wanted me to see what was available but all along knew just the car that I wanted. He took me to see a beautiful resale that would match my needs and said that it had just come in. We walked over to the SUV and it was perfect! The pricing was just right, the car was in great shape and surprised me that is was a 2018 but was marked to a price in my price range. Rod hung with me the entire afternoon while I asked questions about an extended warranty, etc. and made sure all my questions were addressed. It was funny that I had come there just to look at cars and the next thing I knew, we were test driving the car down I-75 with Rod in the back seat answering my wife’s questions. She reminded Rod that I had just come by to look at cars and had promised here we would not buy a car today. My wife told Rod that there were a couple of things that she would have liked in the car and Rod offered some solutions that made her happy. One thing I could not believe was that they moved out a car from inside the showcase building and brought the car we were looking at inside so my wife did not have to brave the cold to look it over. Amazing! A little later that afternoon, we had put up a down payment, gotten a loan and transferred my insurance to the new car plus worked out an arrangement on a trade-in that we will take back to the dealership next week. Hopefully, when Mike Covington and Rod see the trade-in car I am bringing in, they'll still have those smiles on their faces! :> Of course, it is probably destined to be a classic since it has low mileage on it! It was wonderful to be treated like royalty at this dealership where everyone was laid back and had a great sense of humor. Mike Covington, who I could tell was extremely busy, took the time to come sit with me to go through some questions and set us up with an extended warranty. He brought down some estimates that I had asked for and we narrowed down the options and with a great smile said he could structure it just about any way I wanted to set it up. A short time later he did just that! We sat around for a short while and told stories about different related things like we had been friends for years. Mike and Rod were just great people to work with since you did not feel like you were being run through some sort of canned process. It was just a bunch of good old boys sitting around doing a business transaction and you just enjoyed being there. I guess this is the best way to describe our time at Cleveland Toyota on a cold winter spring day while buying a car that we did not intend to buy. It was just like sitting around with people you knew. In fact, not to leave the others out in the showroom, it seems that most of them came by to make sure I was being helped when Mike and Rod were working on the paperwork. In fact, a wonderful woman who worked there even brought me some popcorn! Finally, the part you usually hate to sit through was the financing, compliance and warranty part. However, it turned out that we ended up sitting with another wonderful guy: Tyler Ratledge. He did a professional job on the financial side of things but multi-tasked and we were able to talk about James Bond movies the entire time, which make the process go by quickly. However, my favorite part of the day was seeing my wife ring the dealership’s sales bell that echoed throughout the showroom with a resounding applause from anyone who happens to be inside and her big smile knowing that we were now the proud owner of a new beautiful Cleveland Toyota car. All in all, once I take in my Lexus trade-in and pickup my car next week I will tell everyone I dealt with thank you and that I plan to get my next car at Cleveland Toyota since I consider this the most outstanding dealership that I have ever been to!
