We only had a limited budget and needed something relia My husband and I searched for over a month trying to find the best car for us since ours died. We only had a limited budget and needed something reliable because we have a special needs child. They were the first place we looked and the car we saw just had too many issues so we passed. Well a month later, on the last day of our search, I decided to go back. We ended up looking at the exact same car and they fixed all the issues with it. And even with the fixes and everything they put into it, they still honored the original deal and got us the car for what we needed. They were very friendly and worked super hard to make sure they got us the best car and best deal in Cleveland. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car ever again. I literally went to every dealer in Cleveland and most in Chattanooga and Toyota of Cleveland had the friendliest and most helpful employees. And they did everything they could to make us comfortable. And the thing I was most impressed with was that they will not put out bad quality vehicles. They make sure to service each vehicle before it is placed on the lot and they will not sell junk cars, They make sure that everything is great. Flabbergasted! I purchased a vehicle from a Hyundai dealership about 4 years ago and since day one I was mistreated there. Just when I thought my life wouldn't get any better, I stumbled across Toyota of Cleveland. I thought I was going to hear the same gimmick told to me by other places but I was totally shocked at what I was offered. Not only did I leave with a used vehicle that looks brand new, I left with satisfaction that I got only the best service available. Justice was very honest and he said he would do everything he could. He didn't just do that, he went above and beyond! I may not have been able to trade in my Hyundai but that is completely Grey Epperson's fault, Toyota of Cleveland now has a lifetime friend and will definitely be seeing them again in 18 months for that new Tundra!!
