Everyone from the office taking calls and and answering questions (Lenzie is so nice and easy to communicate with) to the salesman (Preston second to none and I in my 65 years have dealt with lots of car salesmen and women) are professional and polite. If you want high pressure salesmen trying to ram the most expensive car down your throat, do not come here. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting with absolutely no pressure just professionalism. I get attached to my Toyotas, even after decades of outstanding reliability I can not bare to part with them. Insurance on an extra couple of vehicles isn't that bad and who doesn't need a couple of extra cars. Even when the odometer goes past 300,000 miles all my Toyotas still purr like a kitten. My children have followed my lead and they continue to drive Toyotas. When the faithful used Toyota that carried them through college is finally put out to pasture - not literally - they have remained faithful to the brand. More
