I worked with Edgar, and he was great—I felt comfortable, not pressured whatsoever, and the transaction was easy. They offered me a fair deal for my trade, and the vehicle I purchased was truly in mint condition. I liked the way the dealership has an indoor location to switch out everything from my old car into the new vehicle—most places I had been to did not have that ability. Not only was Edgar great to work with, the finance manager, Mukesh, was as well. The finance portion was quick and easy, just like the trade/purchase portion. The experience started with our 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, a beautiful and high-quality sedan. The Camry Hybrid had taken us to many places, as close as the local groceries stores and as far as foreign and domestic travels. Kids had grown up with the Camry Hybrid and love it dearly. After sixteen long years of service it finally came the time for its retirement. We stopped by the Naperville Toyota dealership and saw a Corolla Hatchback. This car in the showroom brought back our sweet memory of the Corolla Hatchback we owned as our first car many years ago. Harvey introduced to us the Hatchback details; Edgar accompanied us for a test drive; Samantha worked on the pricing to close the deal. During the process Aron and Jacub worked with us on the check-up and appraisal on the Camry Hybrid, Sherri on the out-the-door packages, Patrycja on the accessories for protecting the car we love. The team had the goal of selling the car; it reached the goal with professional manner and the right attitude. We are sure there are unhappy customers with unpleasant experience with the dealership.
