We worked for approximately a month trying to come across what I was looking for. Found several over that time, but each one was missing something I wanted. He finally found the one I ended up purchasing. He stayed in regular contact making sure all of my questions were answered. He also provided a great tour of the dealership on my first visit as the sale is the first part of selecting a new vehicle. Everyone was a classic, pushy car salesman. The whole closing process took the joy out of getting a car because it is structured to squeeze extra money out of you in a high-pressure, over-frien The whole closing process took the joy out of getting a car because it is structured to squeeze extra money out of you in a high-pressure, over-friendly, planned routine. Before you close, they have to show you more options, none of which you could see before you came in and can only choose to buy right now in person because the deal will never be this good again. All of the options aren’t shown to you by 1 person, but 3-4 because they are in “different departments”. The hospitality guy gets you free coffee, then the warranty guy sizes you up and asks if you want a warranty but he can’t tell you the price before you talk to the coating guy, then the coating guy comes and sells you coating options but you can’t talk about coating and warranty at the same time, you have to agree on one and then let the other guy work on you after you lock in the last one. I shouldn’t have gone there alone because it is a process used to keep you off balance while they come at you from all sides. I didn’t feel like a respected customer, I felt like a meal being passed around by hungry pig-people. They are aggressively friendly and bad at hiding that they are salesman. I shouldn’t be surprised, if you swim with sharks, they will behave like sharks. I wasn’t going to post this review because I was trying not to put more negativity in the world, but they asked me for this review almost every day since I bought the car so here it is Toyota of Naperville. I don’t expect you to do better, but since you now have everything you could possibly want from me, I expect you to leave me alone. More
