Recently bought a new 2023 4Runner. We started with Rich who was a super nice, no pressure salesman. We decided to go to lunch to talk it over, and before heading out Casey helped sweet We started with Rich who was a super nice, no pressure salesman. We decided to go to lunch to talk it over, and before heading out Casey helped sweeten the deal. We came back ready to buy and met Tim, Mike and Sherri. Everybody was great. Casey and Mike helped coordinate some changes with the 4Runner to get me one off the lot instead of waiting until Mid November. Sherri was very thorough and made sure we understood everything in the finance office. After everything was completed, we were so impressed we took the opportunity to trade in my wife's car for a used Rav4 hybrid and did the whole thing all over again. More
