I brought it to the team's attention and it was taken care of immediately. James brown is an asset to your company. He was very helpful and nice. Front desk administrator is wonderful. Note for the financial paperwork: You should give a small manilla envelope with the paperork. It is too much for the business envelope and the envelop rips very easily. Note about the Camry: The headrests are uncomfortable with the curve forward, especially for short people like myself. I took about a two hour trip to Allentown, PA and had a stiff neck. Had to figure out a way to position my neck so that wouldn't happen on the way home. Otherwise, I am happy with the car. More
