I feel as though I get the run around every time I bring the truck in, especially when my wife brings it in. The last instance with the tire she was told that they were rotated improperly but when they fou the truck in, especially when my wife brings it in. The truck has never been serviced anywhere but Scranton Toyota. Lots of excuses for any issues. The back breaks are at a 2 but the fronts are a 10, Toyota uses small pads from the factory? Not to mention the price is about $300 higher than anywhere else to replace them. Seems like its impossible to get a straight answer. More

I feel special when I drop my vehicle off for service. I don’t have to get out of my car until I’m in the building and the staff is so attentive.
