My experience in Toyota Scranton is very satisfying, my service advisor. Stephanie McNair is always helpful, a good listener and very professional of what she does. One positive service experience (5 star) and one awful experience (0 star). The awful? Car and available service records suggested car required oil change; booked appointment for oil change and repair of experience (0 star). The awful? Car and available service records suggested car required oil change; booked appointment for oil change and repair of slowly leaking tire. Arrived at appointment to be told car did not need oil change but would service tire. Two hours later asked service rep status and told no work had begun. Why 0 stars, why book appointment and wait 2 or more hours for service? Why 0 stars, Toyota or Toyota of Scranton record keeping incomplete or inaccurate resulted in unnecessary waste of time regarding both oil change and tire. Questions, call me like sales did, they get 5 stars. More

DO NOT go here if you want your engine air filter to be removed without your knowledge. Yet no replacement was put in. As a result, you had been driving around without an engine filter for over a month. Wh removed without your knowledge. Yet no replacement was put in. As a result, you had been driving around without an engine filter for over a month. When you discovered the issue, you reached out to the dealership immediately. Yet, all you get was “it’s probably just a mistake” and “it’s safe to drive around WITHOUT the filter”. No apology, no replacement service offer, just an obnoxious excuse. More
