Just purchased my 3rd Lexus and this time from Treasure Coast Lexus. Had a great experience, from our Sales person Sandy, to Tina, the Sales Director to the Finance Dept. I was in this time for warranty repair (fuel pump replacement) and was quoted 2 hours for the work to be completed. I was able to sit in the showroom and get some work done at a comfortable table wit replacement) and was quoted 2 hours for the work to be completed. The whole experience was great. Deltom was very professional and easy to deal with. His knowledge of the car was outstanding. We have only driven the SX350 for 2 days but we love the ride and handling. The finance manage with Greek last name was excellent (if was way to rate him, he gets a 5). Also, finance/buyer person who worked with Deltom, Ellen Foster???) was also outstanding. Finally, Gary made us aware of overall services available from Lexus as owners. We purchased extended warranty and service plans, so everything is covered for the life of our loan to purchase. Great!! More
