The process of purchase, once we decided in a model, was very quick and straightforward, but at the same time they explain us all the process and answer all our questions about the pricing and financial. All the three persons involved in the purchasing process were very helpful and respectful with a high degree of professionalism. nice people..bad business ethic I would possibly do business again with this dealership but not with this salesperson. I felt he did not want to work for or with me at all. I drove 4 I would possibly do business again with this dealership but not with this salesperson. I felt he did not want to work for or with me at all. I drove 4hrs to make this purchase. Before I did I asked for additional specific photos, and this salesperson told me to just look at what was there. So I didn't get any photos. When I asked for help on a better price, he told me I could either buy it or not and that he was not going to ask anything else for me. I asked for a car wash and to have armorall removed from the inside, he said he would and didn't. He tried to tell me that he did what he could and gave me a tank of gas, and what else do I want. So I guess a clean car was far too much. I asked for an anti theft chip, that was installed by this dealer to be removed, he said no because all manufacturers were using them to reduce theft. I guess he thought I knew nothing about cars and I obviously knew that was also a lie. Over all finance was easy going and I wasn't pressured into buying anything additional.
