Sir, You are correct a clean car is not to much to ask. Steve should have treated you like you were the only customer in the world because that is how we want every guest to feel like. They are the only guest and feel special. Sometime a sales professional needs to do a better job communicating with a guest when they are told by the manager there will be no other discounts on the car. The sales professional also must make sure the car is to the clients satisfaction as well. All in all Steve and Tucson Subaru did not take care of you and for that I am sorry.
