I just bought my second Forester, with the help of Trent in the Sales area, and Louie in Finance. I have also dealt with the staff in Service. Everywhere I was treated with respect, warmth, and integrity. In every transaction there was a desire to be absolutely clear and transparent about costs. Trent is a person who can change your whole outlook on what a salesperson does: with insight he discerns your needs and your wants, with knowledge and information he satisfies all questions, he is tireless in meeting every request. The process of comparing options and measuring compatibility with a chosen vehicle is thorough. Trent does not try to up-sell, but engages you to really think about what you need, and what you want for extras. With me as an older customer (I am 77) he is particularly good on the features that make for greater safety in driving; everyone my age who thinks that the car they have is good enough, I would say, "take a look at what Eyesight can give you.
