Purchasing a New Subaru Forrester I could not be happier with my experience at Tucson Subaru buying a new Forrester, particularly the efforts of Trent Nichols. He really knows all the I could not be happier with my experience at Tucson Subaru buying a new Forrester, particularly the efforts of Trent Nichols. He really knows all there is to know about this car. I was focused on the Forrester before I came to the dealership and once I made that known to Trent, he went over all the available features and the trim levels on which combinations of those features are available. I then test-drove a car with those features and Trent explained in general terms how things worked. This allowed me make positive decisions about the features I wanted. I then gave my color preferences which narrowed the search to those cars on the lot that met all criteria. For delivery of the car, Trent went over in detail how everything on the car worked. No detail was too small. He even changed my personalized license plates. As a final touch, he presented my wife with a bouquet of beautiful red roses. More

She spent an hour answering questions and making suggestions for handling the sophisticated electronics of our 2017 vehicle. This was at no charge to us. She provided her phone number in case we had further questions and also presented us with a $50 gift card. While were were at the dealers, Joe Micoletti (our salesman) answered a question about replacing the license plate and Scott Buford reassured me that the sun shade I had purchased was appropriate. Hard to imagine better customer service! :) More
