I walked out feeling like I got a fair deal (as fair as you can get from a dealership) and sales man was nice The sales experience was to be expected. I walked out feeling like I got a fair deal (as fair as you can get from a dealership) and sales man was nice enough. I am unsure about this dealerships policy on vehicle inspections but the one I purchased seem to have none. The vehicle needs an oil change, low coolant level, low brake fluid, and had a half of tank of gas. I have purchased only used vehicle and each one came with topped fluids and recent oil change until now. This of course makes me presume they do not inpect their used vehicle or maybe just their Subarus. If you don't know basic car maintenance I would be weary here. Next day, I adjusted my review less than a day later because that's how fast they acted resolving my concerns. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe more than likely the tech forgot to reset the oil change indicator light. But their response and willingness to resolve my matter was quick. I will be taking a long trip with my family and they stated they would do an entire inspection of my car and fill up my gas tank for free, before I go. No place of business is perfect, but Tucson Subaru resolve towards customer concerns is awesome. And that's were it counts. More

Effortless way to buy or lease a car This is the second Subaru we have leased from Subaru. This time is was a red Outback. We were entirely happy with our green Forester, but my husband wanted "more room." Once again Joe Micoletti showed us the new card and once I drove a new Outback--even though I hadn't intended to purchase a red car--we settled on leasing a 2017 red one. Actually, we had only intended to check prices and "look around." Joe made certain that our questions and concerns were answered and, as in the past, Louie Ascencio hustled our paperwork along. I can attest that the sales staff there is easy-going and friendly and my husband says the maintenance people and competent and professional, as well. We can certainly recommend them. And, oh yes, I have never heard of another dealer who provides you with roses when you strike a deal! More

Best experience ever buying a car We came back to this dealership because the last experience was so good and we loved the car we bought. We came in and went to the same sales person. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't want, didn't try to sell us something more expensive then we wanted. We drove the car, loved it and bought it. The whole process was pleasant and professional. No lies or gimmicks. They were even able to help us with another matter from the previous car we bought.
