I visited the dealership several times, looked at several cars, test-drove a few, and finally decided on a Certified Pre-Owned Legacy. There is rarely a single automobile that is perfect for every need, however I have confidence that the Legacy will fit my needs - and it has top safety ratings. My previous dealership experience had left a long-lasting negative impression (although a premium brand, it reeked of all the negative implications that are associated with the auto sales process of the 1970s..."would you like undercoating with that?"). The purchase of this Subaru was the opposite of that; Tucson Subaru was professional, courteous and, most definitely, not complicated or rushed. More

On my first visit I looked around the lot, and I told Chris that I'd be back. On my return visit, I found my perfect, used 2011 Forester dream car! Professional, efficient, helpful and courteous. Ken Murch helped my daughter and I purchase a Subaru Forester after looking at severa cars in their used car inventory. We were considering the Rav 4, the Honda CRV and the Forester. Ken was knowledgable, and really cared about my daughter's needs. He asked all the right questions about her driving habits and helped us find a very low mileage (6k) late model (2015) with a power seat and moonroof which were high on the list for my daughter. Ever person we dealt with from the receptionist who greeted us to the manager and the gentleman who helped us in finance could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will surely be back the next time we need a car. More
