Exceptional Experience I first contact Tucson Subaru through the dealer's website. After chatting with an associate I was assigned to Chris Smith who was outstanding through I first contact Tucson Subaru through the dealer's website. After chatting with an associate I was assigned to Chris Smith who was outstanding through the whole process. I scheduled a test drive of both the Outback and Forester. Chris took the time to go over all of the features of both vehicles prior to driving each. At no point did I feel any pressure from Chris to purchase either vehicle. Chris was helpful in showing me the various options on the Forester (my eventual purchase). Once I decided I wanted to purchase Chris gave me a detailed walkthrough to the vehicle and features and even helped to pair my phone with the infotainment system. This is my first Subaru and I had an exceptional experience with the dealership. More
