Joe Micoletti answered all of our questions as we tried to decide whether the Outback or the Forester best fit our needs. It was almost as if we were family members getting special treatment (although he was more patient than most of my relatives would have been with some of my questions!). He introduced us to Marcos in the service department, and he, too, was friendly and helpful. The whole car buying experience was really pleasant, and having purchased many cars in the past, I can say that is not usually the case. I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Joe Micoletti. More

Customized Outback exactly as we wanted. We have wanted to get an Outback for three years. Because of personal reasons we could not purchase the car when we first wanted to. Bob Wilson walked us through the options and gave us a test drive. When we were forced to hold off the purchase, Bob was very understanding and, true to his word, kept in contact every three months. Finally, when we were in a position to purchase, we went through Costco and our contact changed to Kevin Woessner. Kevin walked us through the new process, ordered the vehicle and made sure it was perfect when we picked it up. Both Bob and Kevin were very professional and non-pushy. They worked together and handled the hand-off in a commendable fashion. Traci in finance explained everything very clearly and well. I and wife would recommend them and Tucson Subaru without hesitation. Their team really does work together. More

She said she would call you and never did nor did she come back to me to say whether you were in. While we were looking over the lot no one even approached us. We were looking around for at least 30 minutes. frankly have never been to a dealership where we were not approached to see if we needed any help . We left disappointed by the customer service. I did see a few sales people standing around and cant believe the that the front desk girl wouldn't let us know if you were in or not and if you weren't wouldn't have gotten someone else to help us. I would have expected a lot more. I will forward this to your owner because I cant believe this is how he would want a potential customer to be treated.' More

And it all started with Kevin Woessner, my sales consultant, greeting me with a very friendly "Hello". Kevin answered all my questions. Even after going onto the Subaru website to look at the various options, I still had multiple questions for Kevin, and he answered all of them in a cordial manner; very professional, never condescending. After making my decisions on what to buy and which options, I was off to the Finance Department, where I met Curt McHenry. Curt reviewed everything I had agreed to with Kevin. He then explained a few additional options; never being impatient, and reviewed the pros and cons for each. Curt let me make the final decisions. Curt made the financial arrangements and agreement easy to understand. Another professional experience. While the car was being readied, Kevin took me over to the Parts Department, where I was introduced to Derek Monetti, my parts advisor. Derek set up the order for a few options that were not in stock, and told me right then and there when they world arrive. Now, that's professional. Next stop, scheduling... Kevin escorted me to the Service Department where I was introduced to Dan Ford. Dan scheduled the installation of the new parts on a date and time that fitted my (sometimes hectic) schedule. Again, very professional. My new car was ready to be driven away when Kevin did a very wonderful thing: he went over all the buttons, and knobs, and switches with me. But wait, the story isn't over... Kevin excuses himself, goes back into the showroom, and the Sales Manager, Loren Henry, comes out to personally thank me for my purchase of a new 2016 Subaru Forester! Wow, I thought, what a nice touch. Then Kevin appears with a bouquet of 12 red roses. WOW! Now that makes a woman feel special! I would certainly unconditionally recommend Tucson Subaru to everyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. And it's not just because of the roses; it's because of Kevin, Curt, Derek, Dan, and Loren, whose good nature, helpful manner, and professionalism made my experience a real joy. Larry was informative without being "pushy" and really listened to what I was telling him I was looking for without trying to convincing me to look at something I didn't want.
