We were leasing our Subaru (we call her silver star) and it was the time to decide to either exchange her for a new lease or purchase her. We love our silver star and we decided to buy her. Shawna communicated with me the whole process how everything would work, gave us estimates on monthly payments. She did pretty much everything prior to us getting to the dealership. When we finally came to finalize the paperwork it was not painful and exhausting. Once she prepped the paperwork on her end, Louise took over for financing. He, too, was absolutely amazing and very personable. He went over everything, explaining each step and answered all of our questions. He even looked up and gave us available discounts that are offered for our employers. We are very happy with our silver star; leasing was easy and now that we have refinanced her for purchase, we are thrilled. Shawna and Louise were absolutely amazing and really appreciate their professionalism and the fact that they truly want to make their customers happy. We also had a great experience with Steve, who was the dealer that helped us pick our silver star and set us up with the lease. Also, I do believe that Curt was our leasing financing person and he was also just as amazing. The whole process from the beginning to the end was with no hidden fees or anything that most people worry about when they go to the dealership. Thank you all and HAPPY NEW YEAR!! More
