I started my quest for a new car around the first week of February by having an Online Chat with Kevin Gribble. He was the nicest online Sales Agent I have ever encountered in my experience of buying car. This is the 4th time I bought a vehicle since 2012. Not only was Kevin kind, he was also very knowledgeable about the types of cars that this dealership offers. He patiently answered my questions and replied every single of the e-mail messages I sent him regarding my inquiry about an Outback. In the Finance Department, I talked with Jennifer Duran to finalize my car purchase. She was also the nicest lady when dealing with clients unlike the Finance Dept. people at the other dealerships on Wetmore Road. Jennifer was very calm, ready to explain everything to me, & very friendly. Overall, she was good to talk with. All in all Tucson Subaru is an excellent car dealership I have ever known not only because Rocky & Mike are good guys but also this company gives back to our local community of Tucson in the various charitable givings and events that they sponsor. Anyone who is looking for sturdy, good quality, and long-lasting car should come here to Tucson Subaru Dealership on the corner of Oracle and River Road! More
