Even though we waited an hour and a half for a sales person because of a meeting, it suited us very well as we got to take our time and look at the cars we wanted to view and discuss our options. The person at the other dealership didn't have anything on the lot that fit my criteria, so he called Humberto, who had exactly what I was looking for. That says a lot about both the person who referred me and it also says a lot about Humberto! After checking out the options and running the numbers, I settled on a vehicle. And when I needed a ride to the dealership to complete the purchase after turning in my rental car, Humberto offered to pick me up so I didn't have to take an Uber. Now that's customer service!
