Drove in on a crowded morning and was greeted by very friendly, smiling, soft spoken, un-rushed and totally professional Armen. I was kind of expecting “no appointment =go away “! Quite the opposite! I was reassured that ASAP that same day I could at least find out the cause of the dreaded, scary “service light”. Such efficient service!! I left at the end of the day with a replaced Oxygen Sensor and a bill for ZERO $ ; covered by m Manufacturer’s Warranty ! AMAZING and UNEXPECTED servic!! I had planned on installing Fog Lights on my new/used car an had totally planned on doing that though an independent mechanic! Because of the excellent service received on my first emergency visit I decided to check out having this done by Universal— I decided to have the work done by the dealership and I am so glad I made that choice == same friendly, efficient, professional service— a job well done, no problems, no delays & no excuses!!
