Greatly satisfied Honda really saved me from losing my job! My old car with 211,000miles.was giving me major problems, I was not able to drive it anymore. I was contacted by Nick Theodor via email about what I was interested in. He had patiently answered the questions I had. Even though I was not sure if I was going to wait for the 2019 models to start showing up before buying. When I came to Valley Honda with my best price, I realized that the color of the 2018 Civic Si they had was not my preferred first color choice. Nick had spoke to his manager Jack, and they matched the price and I really felt very comfortable with the dealership. It was very clean throughout and the service department was huge! I requested a quote for the selected vehicle and Steve Grady responded within a couple of hours with the quote. Valley beat any price in the state of Arkansas. Of course, I was very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle site unseen. After choosing the color I wanted, I decided to pick the car up instead of having it delivered by courier. Steve answered any questions that I had and made the entire experience stress-free. There was no pressure. Steve and the Valley Honda staff made us feel at home. The dealership was very clean and I loved the Starbucks Coffee bar!
