Everything was done on the internet until I came in to sign the papers. My only issue is I let my wife talk me into damage protection coverage I didn’t want because of the pressure one feels sitting there wanting to sign the papers and being told this is a “time of signing offer”. I spent $1800 on two programs that I know in my bones I won’t benefit from. I know you make extra money from this point of purchase product but I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I would have preferred that you send all the info ahead of time and let the buyer discuss it and make the decision before he comes to the dealership. More
