Traded my 2018 Cherokee in on a 2021 Cherokee on 12 31 21. Dealership was great to deal with. I bought my 2018 at a different much larger chester county dealership and the experience was totally different. Would reccomend anyone looking for a dodge jeep or Chrysler to stop at videon 1st. You definitely feel they care about what you want and can afford and not try to upsell you and get you to purchase a more expensive model. More

I drove from Lewes DE to get my car from Videon. They had a great selection. I was looking for a particular Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Some of the dealers down here didn't even know about the Trai They had a great selection. I was looking for a particular Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Some of the dealers down here didn't even know about the Trailhawk so I searched and found one being delivered at Videon. Luckily for me, it was exactly the one that I wanted. They had a couple coming in and the orders that.they placed were very beautiful. Whoever placed the order had good taste. Since I was out of town, they worked very well with me doing most of the stuff over the phone. I would highly recommend them. The salesman that I had was Steve Pealer and he was very helpful and gave a wonderful overview of all of the features this car has. It has a lot too. I am so happy with my purchase of the Trailhawk 4xe (hybrid) and the dealership. Check them out! Lastly, the Finance Manager did a great job and it didn't take hours like other dealers. Very happy! More
