Rodriguez an impressive service professional guided me well in my entering and exiting of my business visit. Customer service is an ongoing investment as it depends on human nature (people) to serve people for a determined outcome. J.R. and the supporting staff invest wisely in making sure all comments, needs or issues are addressed and dealt with and the customer is the final judge. Very Disappointed Return MB Customer I was contacted via text from Jackie stating that I had returned a loaner car with severe damage to drivers side and was being shamed for not informin I was contacted via text from Jackie stating that I had returned a loaner car with severe damage to drivers side and was being shamed for not informing them of this damage. However, an inspection was not performed on this vehicle when it was returned and I was unaware of this damage and therefore I did not report it. I was told in this text and also on multiple phone conversations that video footage had been reviewed proving the damage was there when I returned the loaner vehicle and they needed my insurance information to file a claim. I was very confident this damage was not there when the car was returned and the car did not get inspected for 16.5 hours after return based on the time stamp of the pictures I was sent. Therefore, I asked for the video coverage they had proving this damage was there. I was given the run around that whole day. I called back 4 days later for a status and was told they could not see the driver side in any of there footage. As I excepted I was wrongly accused and lied to over and over again because the ball was dropped by multiple people at Walter Mercedes and no one wants to admit to the lack of competency or give an apology, I would tread very lightly with the people at Walters as they are very unprofessional and dishonest people. I also left a message with the Sales Manager Frank Serrano and have not received a call back. More

Let me start off with how insanely packed the service department was when I came. So I brought my car in for a regular service. I contacted my service advisor a couple days before and he reassured me that either of the days I had planned would work for his service center. I brought it on a Friday late morning and they had it done by the end of the day. I could not be more pleased. From the moment I dropped it off, I was greeted and taken care of. I usually make ride arrangements before dropping off my car BUT if I didn't have that they have a shuttle service to accommodate me. When my car was done it was a very quick check out and had my car pulled up moments later! If you want a hassle-free service center I HIGHLY recommend these guys. More

They had it delivered from the Anaheim branch and I simply came in to sign and take our new company van home. Great service all around. More
