He introduced me to Arlene Baca who helped graciously setting up all the new technologies I was unfamiliar with. She was reassuring and helpful in setting up everything in the vehicle with my phone. Shopping during the chip shortage was tough, I called around to many dealers and most were very short with me as their inventory was low (I get it, they probably had tons of people making the same phone around to many dealers and most were very short with me as their inventory was low (I get it, they probably had tons of people making the same phone call). Finally found a car on the lot and did a test drive with another dealership and got talked down to as a woman buying a car by myself. I refused to buy that vehicle on principle. Weber on the other hand was polite about my inquiry, and ended up getting a vehicle on the lot that I wanted. We went up to Weber and worked with Mr. Keith Key. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable without talking down to me at all. Mr. Key showed me all the options I had, even letting me compare other models so that I would know this was the vehicle I truly wanted. I had my 5 year old daughter with me who was DONE with car shopping and everyone was still so nice to us. After I received my vehicle I had a couple of questions and Mr. Key always got back to me right away. I've never bought a brand new car (daughter of a technician, we always bought fixer uppers) but comparing the experiences I had, I will ask for Mr. Keith next time. More
