I went in for an oil change but I wanted them to fix my blind spot detection and they usually just reset it but I wanted it fix permenantly and they said it couldn’t be fixed permenantly until I get a litt blind spot detection and they usually just reset it but I wanted it fix permenantly and they said it couldn’t be fixed permenantly until I get a little body work done. They have been resetting it every couple of months but suddenly I say I want it fixed and suddenly they can’t even reset it. They didn’t even bother to tell me. I got in the car and the message came on so I had to go back in and ask about it before they told me. I was not happy. I will eventually get that body work done and come back and have them fix the blind spot detection, but I am not happy. More

When I traded in my Kia Soul for a Kia Forte, I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turns out I was not. The dealership lost my trust.
