I have great confidence in the KIA brand as I own a 2014 KIA Soul that I bought new from Weston KIA in 2014. Now I'm a two Soul family, as I gave my 2014 to my wife. She's happy and I'am too. I'm glad that I can use the key fob to get inside of my car now, but I'm not happy that I had to pay $230 for a cheap key fob when I could have gotten a nice new updated one. My husband and I came in and paid cash for both of our vehicles. My transaction went smoothly. My husbands transaction didn’t go smoothly, and instead of keeping his vehicle overnight until the bank wou vehicles. My transaction went smoothly. My husbands transaction didn’t go smoothly, and instead of keeping his vehicle overnight until the bank would clear the transaction, they lied to us about doing a hard credit report, that is now on my husbands record. We also paid for having a sealant done in both vehicles, and there was supposed to be a rental car provided and ready for us, and Kia failed to send the paperwork for that, and they failed to tell us there was a deposit that had to be paid. We wound up waiting 30 minutes in the cold, for our car. This def wasn’t the customer service from 2004 when I got my first Rio, and the end of this transaction was extremely sub par for walking in and paying cash. More
Well next time I go in if a person has an appointment they are the ones that need to have their oil changed at that time. Not the ones that just drive up. I did not buy my car there. The place I did closed. When I called service I told her that and asked if she could check if I had a service contract. She said yes and told me I didn’t have one. When I got home I checked my sales contract. I paid $2300 for a service contract. I’m not happy about paying for services when it should have been covered.
