I’m 55 years old and have never left a car lot feeling that I have not been taken advantage of or have not been ripped off…UNTIL I bought a car from Charles Clark, Amanda Vnuk, and John McNelis at Wilde Toyota. After having researched every Camry on every lot in upper Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minneapolis, I requested a quote from the Wilde website. Amanda promptly contacted me and emailed me a quote for the vehicle; I was pleasantly surprised at the price. On the way to Milwaukee, my wife and I stopped at another Toyota dealership as a “sanity check” to see if Amanda’s price quote was really as good as it looked. It took less than an hour with that sales specialist to find out that we were going to continue our trip to Wilde. We called Amanda before proceeding concerning the quoted price, and she assured us that there would be no surprises or hidden fees (other than the $219 sales fee). When we arrived, she had both cars that she had quoted ready for us to test drive. She immediately introduced us to Charles Clark our sales specialist. Charles was super friendly, clear, knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and worked to ensure our satisfaction. He was patient and courteous, and stayed with us through the whole process. If everyone at Wilde is like Charles, this is THE place to buy your Toyota! I truly feel that he was honest, transparent, and genuinely wanted my wife and I to be completely satisfied with our decision and our purchase. John McNelis helped us iron out some payment details, and Sam Cottrell in finance breezed us through the paperwork, sensitive to our long drive home. For the first time in my life, I left a car lot, driving a new car, feeling confident and content that I had been treated fairly. Amazing! Thank you! More

I was in the middle of a long stretch of days in a row at work and Jordan was very helpful and receptive in getting back to me with the information in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and knew the answers to all of the questions that I had for him. Jordan was the first person to approach me after about 10-15 minutes of walking around with no other sales associates talking with me beforehand, and he calmly asked if I needed any help with anything and told me he would be right with me after he finished with another customer. In handling of my wife being knocked down in the service area. Their employees called West Allis Fire department after my wife was knocked down (not at her request). Mike Greco (Service Manager) stated they area. Their employees called West Allis Fire department after my wife was knocked down (not at her request). Mike Greco (Service Manager) stated they agreed to pay the bill and the check is in the mail for the last six weeks. Only to find out today that no it is not and they have to summit it as a claim. The person that knocked my wife down was either a employee or a customer and they would not verify anything which they could have viewed the cameras. My wife was laying face down on the floor and did not get a good look at the person which kept going. I am very dissatisfied in the lack of accountability, bad information, and being lied to after being a loyal customer for years and I will NOT ever purchase another vehicle, service or recommend the Wilde Group to any of my friends or business associates. Water damage to engine not disclosed Purchased an '18 Toyota Sienna in April of 2020 from Wilde. Van was not certified, as there is an outstanding recall which Toyota doesn't have a fix Purchased an '18 Toyota Sienna in April of 2020 from Wilde. Van was not certified, as there is an outstanding recall which Toyota doesn't have a fix for at this time. A few days ago, while in FL with the vehicle (May 2020), the check engine light came on. We took it in to a Toyota dealership in Venice, FL, where we learned an O2 sensor on the vehicle went out. Being we had the vehicle for little over a month, we called Wilde Toyota to see if they would cover the cost to replace it. In speaking with a manager, they indicated they wouldn't cover the cost, as the vehicle was past the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty. Vehicle had a little over 37,000 miles when purchased. In checking Car Fax, an O2 sensor was replaced by Wilde in approximately January of 2020. It is unknown if this is the same sensor that went out. The service technician in FL also told us, via Toyota service records, the engine had sustained water damage. The damaged parts of the engine were replaced at a Toyota dealership in CT. This information was NOT disclosed by Wilde Toyota. The Car Fax provided at the time of sale did not indicate the engine was fixed due to water damage, If a technician in FL had access to this info, Wilde would have, also. Even though the engine was repaired at a Toyota dealership, we never would have purchased it, had we known this. Who knows what else may go wrong down the line, due to the damage. While we had an excellent experience with salesman "Big Mike" Seawright, we will never purchase a vehicle from Wilde again. We will be using Venice Toyota in FL for all our service needs, as the vehicle will mainly be kept there. They even covered the cost of the O2 sensor, as “it was the right thing to do.” More

Chic is VERY knowledgeable on all of the new vehicles and was able to whip out facts and statistics at will. We never felt pressured and it was a pleasant experience throughout. Chic, Ian and the team at Wilde had to work very hard to find the very specific color and packages I was looking for in a vehicle and, despite the inventory being low in the midwest, were able to come up with exactly what it was I was looking for. I greatly appreciate the effort they put in to getting it right. Did I mention we got a great deal as well? These are the 3rd and 4th vehicles I have purchased from Wilde Toyota and will probably not be the last. The follow on service has always been excellent and very convenient. Thanks again guys for making this a great car buying experience! More
