What a funny surprise to learn from Wolfchase Honda that I have children! My husband and I have infertility issues and DO NOT have any children. I only received a phone call letting me know that they had found the nail and asked if I wanted my cabin filter changed while they were patching the tire up. NOTHING was mentioned about my car being ready for pick up. Please do NOT blame bad customer service on me.
