In checking with our Service Manager, I did find that he took care of all your charges on the tire repair, as well as giving you another free service in the future. What a funny surprise to learn from Wolfchase Honda that I have children! My husband and I have infertility issues and DO NOT have any children. I only received a phone call letting me know that they had found the nail and asked if I wanted my cabin filter changed while they were patching the tire up. NOTHING was mentioned about my car being ready for pick up. Please do NOT blame bad customer service on me.

I would never intentionally try to hurt you with words and I do completely understand how you feel, as I too have experienced what you are going through and understand the sensitivity involved.
