Starting with the web site to make an appointment, Dexter following up with what needs to be done and estimated cost, to picking up the Fit and Dexter taking the time to explain exactly what was done; to the super cashier "willing to take my money" he he. Overall Honda service department is still supper as it was when I bought my first FIT. I love the new design, but I still do NOT get a warm and fuzzy feeling about the maintenance was performed. More
