This rating is based on my first experience at Zimmerman Honda on Sept 16 2021. As a woman of few words, my vehicle purchase was the least painless car buying experience I have ever had. Marty and Kyle delivered information I requested about the vehicles I was interested in test driving in a very professional and timely manner. My first test drive was a Kia Soul. After deciding that it just wasn't the vehicle for me, Marty took the time to find me something that was similar to the vehicle I had just laid to rest, an Oldsmobile. He picked out the right car just for me and made sure that I was satisfied as he didn't want me to buy just anything. Marty got it right on the first try and I absolutely LOVE my Honda. Marty and Kyle were not pushy in any way, took the time to answer all of my questions and even sent me the shift lock release cover instead of leaving me to find one for myself. With this kind of care, I would 100% recommend Marty, Kyle, and Zimmerman Honda to everyone. Sincerely, a customer for life! More
