I had a great experience at the dealership especially with Aveon helping us along the way. He's a great car salesman and I appreciate all of his help getting me into my brand new SUV. I've never had a brand new car, but he made 2026 my year to have cheer! I absolutely love everything about my vehicle with all the extra features. I'm so glad we decided to get a new vehicle because we most definitely deserved it after the horrible times last year and the year before that. It was one thing after another, but not this year. This is our year! Thank you Aveon for being the best salesman at Julio Jones Kia. You deserve a raise! Happy New Year to you and Julio Jones Kia!!!

Jacob had awesome interaction. Management was great as well. Finance department was awesome as well! As a first time buyer my experience started off rough but ended in smiles!😊

I’d leave no stars if I could. In our combined 100 years of car shopping, this is the slimiest dealership we’ve ever run across. Unethical doesn’t do it justice. Was told they were getting the car we wanted and it was just up the road. Sat there watching the parking lot for hours only to find out it was somewhere in Florida and they weren’t getting it until we agreed to buy it. Nothing but lie after lie. They pulled a bait and switch on us. We had been negotiating on an AWD. After we got home, we discovered we had a FWD. Contacted our salesperson and he said he’d do everything in his power to make it right. They have refused to make it right. I got a survey and lo and behold, they had filled it out with excellent marks and forged my signature. I could go on because there was so much dishonesty. Avoid this place like the plaque. we won’t go back for any service work. we will make the drive to go elsewhere.

Awful experience!! I don’t know if it was because I was an African American female but I was treated like a criminal. Engine blew on my Kia Optima. (I’m still paying a note on this car). I had a mobile mechanic that that would change my oil and do the little jobs for my vehicle for me. When I was told I needed service records to show that the vehicle had been serviced properly I asked the mechanic who came up with documents created by him. I was told basically that they were all signed the signed the same day but mechanic said they were all printed the same day. I was interrogated about the service records that were not my fault. My car sat from November 2024 until June 12, 2025 with no one wanting to really help me. Long story short I was denied my claim because it was said we didn’t properly service the car. We bought it brand new. My ex husband and I. They even questioned me about me not being the original owner of the vehicle and I had to prove so much to them I became extremely exhausted. I paid $600 to them just for pictures of the engine that they told me I couldn’t see the pictures of what they found. I also asked for proof that my car sat up at the dealership for 8 months and they kept telling me they would email me with it and I still haven’t received it. I need this for the tag because of insurance. Please don’t purchase from these people. They are crooked. My ex husband and I are back together and he’s a veteran that did 20 years in the military and has multiple disabilities. They made him worse because of what we experienced.

I went in wanting a used car and walked out with a new car. Mark did everything he could do to make it happen. He was very friendly and treats you like family. We have even became friends. I will definitely go to Mark for all of my vehicle needs. He’s very honest and doesn’t pressure you at all. Not your typical car salesman.

I had contacted Capitol Kia by internet just when I was looking for a possible new car. I went out and met with the floor manager and was passed on to a salesman. I told him what I wanted but wasn't sure about a 6 or 4 cylender. He reccomended the 4 cylender because I didn't do that much traveling and it would be less expensive on gas. This was in May and the prices had increased but we didn't know they would be rediculous in that short a space of time. He asked several times if I wanted to trade my pickup in or did I have a down payment i wanted to use, and I told him no, that if something went wrong and I lost my job I wanted to still have a vehicle left to drive. You have to plan for problems like this, so I was. I ended up driving out in a new 2008 Kia Sportage in Blue, just what I wanted. I had to take my mother back with me to pick up my pickup. but I got a new car with Tax Title and Plates added into the loan. It might have been an all day experience, but I thought things went pretty good.

GM would not honor deal agreed upon. Would not repair a warranty item. Told me it was “asinine” for his people to repair it for the deal we were getting. He let over $20k walk away for what he said was a $700 repair. If he’s not willing to fix a warranty item to get your business I can’t imagine how he would treat you once he has your money. STAY AWAY!!

Dealership had my vehicle for 50 day for a repair. When the vehicle went in the battery was good. When it came out the battery was bad. And was told , they just go bad. The battery was lees than 3 years old. And I had to buy a new battery. 281.00.
