Worst experience ever.
Let me start by saying that I love jeep and my grandfather opened the first jeep dealership in Arizona a very long time ago. My dad drives a jeep, my mom drives a jeep, we love them.
BUT WE HATE THIS PLACE.
Save yourself the money and the headache. They missed multiple engine issues during their inspection and did not recommend the correct items at each maintenance interval as outlined by the manufacture.
Furthermore, their customer service is beyond poor. If you currently have an appointment there, I recommend that you just cancel your appointment and find another shop. And if you ever do decide to make an appointment there (which you shouldn’t) be very sure it is not with Brad in the service department. The ultimate embodiment of a male ‘Karen.’ His is the slimiest of any service writer I have ever worked with and has an attitude the size of Alaska. Just as cold too.
Lastly, you will save money by avoiding this place too considering how overpriced they are anyway. $280 for spark plugs, $280 for brake fluid, $100 for air filter, and I could go on. The shop by my house is going to do it ALL for under $400.
Again, do yourself a favor and go to another shop. 2021 is all about supporting businesses that support their community, and this is not one of them.
