A refreshingly honest and professional experience! I brought my car in for an oil change, but what I received was so much more—a refreshing education and a clear demonstration of integrity. The team conducted a full inspection, including a tire rotation, and when I went to check out, they explained that my oil was still 100% clean and didn’t need to be changed. Not only was I not charged for an unnecessary service, but they also gave me a complimentary car wash! I truly commend the service department and technicians for their honesty, thoroughness, and excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be returning—and recommending them to others!

Absolutely and without a doubt the best service experience that I have ever had with any dealership. My Service Advisor Greg and Technician Scott were so accommodating and customer service focused that my expectations were blown away. I was definitely treated with consideration and respect. I was allowed to talk with Scott concerning the repairs and even allowed into the service area to discuss the rather difficult repair on my Corvette. My car was kept in a covered stall and Scott was even considerate enough to use my car cover when he was not working on my car. The communication to the customer was something that I wish all dealerships would do, both texts and emails were highly informative and there was even a video of Scott working on my car. All in all I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Chevy to anyone considering taking their vehicle there for service. Ask for Greg and Scott as you will not find better people or a place to have your Chevy serviced.

I'm writing in praise of service writer, Neli. I called to schedule a warranty repair of my 2023 Blazer 3T. It has an oil leak. It just passed 14000 miles. The person booking the appointment was full of wrong information. I was told a shuttle was available at 7AM. I was told it would be a day appointment. Neli, had to set things straight. She heard my frustration. She deescalated the situation by finding the right solution. She'll call me once conditions are correct for me to bring the car back. I'm certain she'll follow through, too. The service department at Stevens Creek is absolutely wonderful. They recently repaired my Corolla Cross, which had an issue due to faulty service at a different dealership. Everyone at Stevens Creek was professional and helpful, they communicated with me at every step and they ensured that the other dealership covered the costs of the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make a difficult situation better. Everyone was great, but special thanks to Makan Ardalani and Adam Esquivel who really went above and beyond to help me.

She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available.
