I took my Kia Optima for a transmission change they took more than a month to return my car but they missed to please the engine shield back. I noticed that was missing when I took my car for oil change. About 2 1/2 months later. I called Kia of DTLA trying to get the part replace más they refused stating that I reported too late and that I may be the one who removed the part. I explained to me manager that I don’t have a way to lift the car and remove the shield but instead they want too charge me more than $150 to replace what the lost or stole.

Did not have a good experience. Went here to get my first service done, and by the end of it, the inside of the car was still pretty dirty. I showed it to one of the Lexus guys standing outside and he brought a cloth and some soap and cleaned the door panels from inside. Then after I left, I noticed that they did not even open the small compartment behind the gear as it was still dirty. The little area at the side of the seats was also dirty. Looks like somebody just vacuumed the car for less than 2 minutes and was done with it. Pretty annoyed, actually surprised and absolutely not expected from a Lexus dealership!

Leased a Car there 2 years ago .... Time to return called ahead of time and was told to come in. We get there and see the salesman and I assume his boss and they inform us the lease return person is off and we will have to return later. We took two cars twenty miles to return my lease to where we bought it to be told the guy on the phone made a mistake. This place might be great at selling leases but very unprofessional on the return phase of the deal. The guy in charge suggested we return it to Manteca a dealer I did not buy it from. .... maybe I will and buy my next car there.
