This was my 3rd visit for service. My first 2 visits were for 20k and 235k servicing, which includes oil change, tire rotation, brake check, and multi-point inspection. Both of these services were performed in 2022 and 2023. Both visits were great. They performed the work while I waited, and they had both services completed in the promised time. This last service was for a warranty repair, and they completed that service on-time as well. Compared to 2 other Mazda dealers that I have been to, I am extremely happy with Browning Mazda of Cerritos. They have done everything I have asked them to do in a timely manner, and at the pricing we agreed to before the service was performed. My Service Advisor Temo Hernandez was friendly, helpful, courteous, professional and awesome! The dealership and waiting areas are new, modern, clean and comfortable. These guys are doing everything right......I am duly impressed. I have been a car guy since a teen-ager, and have worked on cars all my life. I am also a Technician, so I know great engineering, great workmanship, and great service when I see it. Thank you Temo and Everyone at Browning Mazda of Cerritos! Keep up the good work, it shows!

A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best!

I just wanted to quickly recognize my Service Advisor Edwin Xuncax to his peers, Supervisors, Dealership Manager, Nissan HQ, and anyone reading this. These past 2 times that I have taken my vehicle in to get serviced, he has been my main point of contact. As I told him in our email correspondence while I was at work, his customer service and technical knowledge has been second to none. He has gone above and beyond what other Service Advisors there have done the previous times I have got my vehicle worked on. In fact, he has gone above and beyond what previous Service Advisors have ever done for me at any dealership since I have been taking my personal vehicles in. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. He knows his job, communicates well with his customers, and is very thorough to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Edwin is a valuable asset to the Carson Nissan Service team and I look forward to always having him as my Service Advisor whenever I need my vehicle worked on. Outstanding job, Edwin!

Corning Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to. There was quite a few people there when I arrived but I was out of there in less then an hour and I didn't have an appointment. I know now the reason why is was crowed, because of their prices and how friendly they are. They were able to program my fob $45.00 cheaper then other places. Not only was the price cheaper then anyone else, they also reprogrammed the old fob that I thought was broke for free. They updated my system all for $140.00. Plus they allowed my dog to come in and everyone was so nice to both me and my dog. I will never take my car to anyone else. And when I decide to trade my car in for newer one, Corning Ford is the place I will go. I drove 2 hours to go to Corning Ford.

Dealer staff resolved warranty issue with Honda of America - Earl the Hondaholic

The engine of our 2012 CRV with 81000 mi developed a intermittent noise on cold start-ups. This is a problem on a few Honda models using the same engine. The warranty was extended to 120000 on 2011 and some older Honda's with the same defective engine part but not on the 2012's. Because the noise only happened during the first start up on cold days after it was parked all night, several evening drop offs were required before a Honda Tech could observe the symptom in the morning. During that time I was being helped by E. Mendoza a service consultant at the dealer. That consultant understood the difficulty of diagnosing the problem and was committed to identifying it and getting it fixed. Good Job, Thank You! I understood that Honda of America was contacted about my vehicle and the problem who then authorized the Dealer to replace the defective part. My understanding was that Honda of America would most likely pay the dealer for the repair. The vehicle was finished on a Saturday when Honda of America office was closed, so we charged the repair and took the vehicle home to use over the weekend. Both the Dealers people and us thought that was not a problem and the payment we made could be reimbursed after Monday when Honda of America gave final approval and reimbursed the dealer. I was called by a representative of Honda of America in Torrance, CA. the following Monday. and was told that Honda of America would not cover the repair costs. Thus I would not be reimbursed the $610 charge. Obviously I was very confused and disturbed by this Honda of America position. A few days later I met with B. Lewey of DCH Honda of Oxnard and discussed my problem. He also was very understanding and supportive of my position. He had been involved with the authorization from Honda of America before the repair was made and he committed to looking into the matter. The next day he phoned me with the good news that Honda was going to cover the repair and I would get reimbursed. Another Good Job and Thank you to Honda of Oxnard employees. I greatly appreciate this level of service and support from Honda of Oxnard employees. I surely will return to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase and I also recommend them to anyone else. My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.
