Well, when you are lucky enough to have been assisted by Danny Talamantes at Galpin Mazda, you definitely choose to wait - going without transportation and even changing your holiday weekend plans as I did - because you know that there simply is no substitute for his exceptional service. Painstakingly thorough and attentive, Danny has ever been the very definition of incomparable care. He set high standards for my service expectations long ago and has never failed to meet them in the more than thirteen years since. In fact, he somehow manages to exceed them. Two days ago, I purchased my fourth vehicle from Hyundai Inland Empire. With each vehicle, over the years, Matthew Bushey has been my Service Advisor. I must say, he was always a wonderful person. He always explained to me, in ways and language that I could understand, what work was being done and why it was necessary to do it. Also, he is always professional, courteous and does all he can to accommodate. He is a great, friendly person and I'm glad I've had the pleasure to have him as my Service Advisor and hope to continue with him. He is an asset to the ServiceDept/Dealership and he shines brighter than the five (he's actually more than five) stars that I've given him.
