I received a recall letter for my KIA - software update - and scheduled an appointment with Tynan's, which was very easy to schedule at a time that worked with my schedule. My visit was excellent, the staff was very accommodating, keeping me updated, along with very comfortable waiting area, nice chairs, big screen TV, WIFI charging station, AWESOME Coffee machine, popcorn, cookies, etc. They did everything within the time frame promised and found some issues with my brakes and gave me a very competitive estimate for repairs and were able to schedule me asap. The did an excellent job on my brakes. My appointment was timely, efficient, and it was exactly the price quoted. When I checked out, they informed me of other services available and I have decided that I will be bringing my KIA to Tynan's for any future service work - oil changes, etc. I am very impressed with this dealership!

Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.

Pulled the rug out from under my 2 day purchase attempt. Gave me a story about someone buying the vehicle the morning of the 2nd day during our continuing cross country telephone communication. Friday morning I prompted the salesman to get the photos I had requested from him yesterday sent to me so that we could finalize the deal today! The sales manager was also aware that the deal was basically done because he and I had made an agreement for a trade when I had driven to Durango. Cut to the end- Salesman Travis calls back and says they sold it this morning. Think this was an outright lie because they both knew it was there late morning and that I fully intended to purchase. Can only suppose someone showed up and offered more on the spot. So what do you think? Trust them? That's up to you, but I certainly do not.

Have left messages several times to "we owes"taken care of.no return calls.Also stated car checked out and passed with no issues.Have had to have several issues taken care of since purchase.Find another dealer to purchase your vehicle from as this does nothing for you after you sign on the dotted line.

AVOID! Thousands of $$$s in repairs in first 7 months - sdfsddsf
Bought a used Jeep Wrangler here in Feb of 2018 that had only 37K miles on it. Before even receiving the title (in first 100 miles driving the car), my Slave cylinder failed on the way to Steamboat Springs w/ my entire family in it on our way to a ski trip. Management did refund me for the service bill (after initially only proposing to cover half of it!), but the stress and lost day of a family vacation sitting at the autoshop still left a sour taste in my mouth.
Fast forward to Sept 2018, still just 7 months (and under 5k miles driven while owning the car) after buying this car from Grand Kia, now I'm again in the auto shop after losing engine power. I've been without my car for a full week and am now faced with a $780 bill to "troubleshoot" replacing the cam shaft position sensors. If this doesn't work, it'll mean the car requires an entire camshaft replacement, which could be in the thousands of dollars in repairs (which may or may not be covered by my limited 12 month warranty they gave me).
These guys sold me a lemon. Camshafts are something that are rare to go out even on 120K+ mile cars. Mine has 1/3 the miles and has now required these two large repairs totaling thousands of dollars.
I very much regret buying a vehicle here and would not recommend making the same mistake I made. Look elsewhere, this place is rated 1.2/5 on DealerRater.com and 2 stars on Yelp. The 3.6 stars on Google is quite the embellishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it!
Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!
