Couldn’t be happier with my Kia - tjboard4
Mike Topolosky sold my Kia Soul and I couldn’t be happier. Smooth transaction, no pressure, killer deal, awesome attitude and professional demeanor. If you’re looking for a Kia, please stop by Peak and ask for Mike. I’m the kind of person who immediately walks away from anything when I feel pressured by a salesman. This wasn’t an experience like that. Beyond the sale, the service team is fantastic and super friendly. I’m a very proud Kia owner. Now I just gotta save my spare change so I can buy the new Stinger!

Great Experience! - jkitts
Worked with Joe Cross on purchasing a 2018 Kia Stinger. Joe knows more about that car (and all the others) than just about anyone around.
The process was painless and unlike traditional dealers with the back and forth.
I purchased my vehicle, got a fair trade and was out of there without hassle. Truly a great experience!
Great staff - CuttyKid
I feel very confident that they only fix items that are needed. Friendly staff. Appreciated the com ride back to my house. thank you again
TRULY EXCEPTIONAL - Wendy A.
This was my first car buying experience with this Kia dealership on Motor City and all I can say is TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!! Rob Pagura was my salesman and I am still in awe of the treatment I received. Not only, is Rob friendly and knowledgeable, but he is also honest, professional and beyond patient! He cared about me and what I wanted and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of in every way and received the best deal possible. I couldn't be happier with my new Kia Rio and the service Rob provided!!! The General Manager, Greg and Finance Manager, Jerry, were equally amazing as well. They both, came out to greet me and talk with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and service as well. I have never had a positive car buying experience before, to say the least, but I can now say that I have. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and make sure you ask for Rob Pagura when you do, because he will take care of you! You'll be treated with the up most respect, honesty, professionalism and patience and the best deal of course. All of which, is the reason I would recommend this dealership to anyone and Rob Pagura for your salesman! Ten stars isn't enough for the service and treatment I was provided by Rob Pagura and Greg and Jerry.......and they all have earned my trust and respect and I'll be back again and again!! Thank you Rob, Greg and Jerry for everything and making this the BEST car buying experience ever!!
wiper blades - Sid B
Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.
Service department is awful - KaylaTarrant
I purchased a used car from this dealer in 2017. Everything was wonderful for the first couple of months and then my car completely died. I pay monthly for a service plan that covers most of the damages that can occur so I was optimistic. The people that I spoke with in the service department seemed to be very nice. After about a week of no contact I called to figure out what was wrong with my car. There was a list of problems one of which was not covered by the service plan. I expected to be without a car for a couple days, this turned into almost a week and then thankfully I was able to take a loaner. My car was in the shop for a month. This time frame is ridiculous, thank goodness for the loaner or I would have lost my job.
When I picked up the car it was still not running correctly. With fear of not having a mode of transportation for my two young kids and myself I was told that I would be contacted when there was a loaner available. This took three weeks and I am the one that had to do the contacting no one bothered to call me back as I had been promised. It will be three months tomorrow that my car has been in the shop which is insane and unacceptable. I have had to call and babysit the service department to be kept in the loop with my own car. I received the run around and I feel that my car was put aside and not considered a priority. While no one was rude to me this service department is a joke and I am not happy with the service. Maybe my case was special in that I was forgotten about but if you have to use this service department be sure you can be carless for months on end.
Terrible customer service - Stacia
I received notification that a price had dropped on a particular vehicle at DMC through Cargurus.com. I called to verify the vehicle was still in stock and the price, which was 3k less than the previous listing price. The sales associate explained the price in their system did not reflect the price drop and assured me he would call me after he spoke with his manager. I never received a call back. I finally received a text later saying they were not honoring the advertised price because of a discrepancy online. Fair enough, I get that accidents happen. I responded that it was disappointing nonetheless. No response from the dealership. They handled it so terribly, and did not do what they said they would. It is as if they thought I was not interested if the price was not dropped, and that is not the case at all! But they didn't even bother to respond to me to figure that out. At this point in my life, I do not believe there is such thing as a good, honest car dealerships or salesmen. Stay away from this one, for sure

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! - Honest person
Just in their this week and a complete joke! Doug you should be embarrassed to have your managment in place! Tim General Manager, Charlie store manager a complete joke! I'm in sales and weather I could someone or not I would provide a potential customer with suck rudeness and disrespect! Doug if I was you I would fire them all! So much disappointment with dealership and GM should know how bad you treat their potential customers! NEVER WOULD I RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!
Dishonest saleman - Jan
I purchased a 2007 Mazda CX7 from Spradley. I was told it used regular gas, in fact it uses premium. I was told they had no records of repairs - Carfax showed "warranty" repairs. When I got home I was looking in the glove box, found a MAJOR repair order for the replacement of the timing chain, repairs were done by the Spradley dealership I purchased the automobile from. When I asked for a Blue Book printout of what the car was worth the salesman printed out a report showing a car with a trailer hitch and a moon roof - the car did not have either of those items on it - deceptive, I had to eliminate features from the Blue Book report to arrive at a market value. The car was not even prepped - the glove box had an envelope the prior owner had left with repair orders, there were sunflower seeds loose in the glove box - but if they had prepped the car they probably would have pulled the repair tickets out so I had no knowledge of their deception. I wouldn't buy a dog dish from these people, let alone a car.
Horribly culturally insensitive and down right racist. - CSpotts
My significant other and I went into Arapahoe Kia on March 8, 2018 to look at a car listed on Craigslist. Upon arriving, the finance person working (Nick) greeted us and allowed us to test drive the car. After, we were able to negotiate a price. Everything was strictly business and handled well. Unfortunately, Nick asked a sales person (John) to help us with our paperwork. During which time, Nick indicated that we needed to sign a privacy agreement which (verbatim here) "We ran your credit to make sure you weren't a terrorist and signing this means that we won't be selling your information to the Indians." After my significant other informed John that his comment was extremely offensive, John apologized by saying "it was meant to be a joke." Never apologize with a rationalization as it makes the apologize void. I understand that this is an entry level position however these types of comments are not tolerated and should not be tolerated by a business. Arapahoe Kia needs to spend more time training their employees the basic respect for humans and their cultures by mandating cultural humility trainings. This experience was disgusting and disheartening. I will not be buying from any Kia dealerships in the future because of this.
Condescending - Vc89
Going there started well enough. Brian was nice and helped us look at two vehicles. Then Mike showed up and slowly butted in on Brian. At first it was in the lot but he got insufferable in the office. He was completely rude to Brian as Brian was trying to find some information on a used vehicle for me and my husband on the computer. Mike hovered over him, inpatient, sighing, shaking his head and huffing and puffing because Brian clicked the wrong thing. We were doing fine with Brian so I don’t know why Mike felt he had to butt in. When he did I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. He took over Brian’s own desk, cleared it and kept talking to me as if I didn’t know what I wanted and I made no sense. I repeated myself about the car fax and he asked us to move to his desk so people wouldn’t over hear. He looked over at Brian as he said this. Anyway I couldn’t stand the way he was talking to me, the way he treated his coworker, and I had enough and let him know it with my facial expression and short attitude. He knew it and calmed down but it was too late. I won’t be going back and because of Mike, Brian lost a sale. He butted in when he wasn’t asked, tried to bulldoze over me on what I wanted and that right there is horrible training and sales tactics.
They don't even respond to Better Business Bureau complaints - teslasmuse
They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it!
Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!
