I received a call from Nick on Wednesday letting me know they had a Telluride for me to test drive. We setup an appointment for Thursday at 1:00. I received an email confirming the appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to only be told he sold the car the previous afternoon. The service manager said the other Tellurides they had were not ready for test driving. Nick stated he was too busy to let me know they no longer had the vehicle for me to test drive at my scheduled appt time. Very poor customer service and consideration.

Service was good and advisor was very good. I wipe down my engine compartment every month and it was dust free and clean before service. The Service Technician left 3 small oil spills on top of my valve cover and filler area of the engine. Although they were wiped off, there were streaks of oil residue left shining on the plastic. Details left like that make me wonder what else may have been done hurriedly. With them charging a "shop charge" on every item, they should do better cleaning up a new vehicle. Overall they do a good job. Not 5 star though. I will continue to us them for service at Phil Long Kia

Scam. So frustrated and disappointed. I was as quoted the cost would be msrp , tax and dealer handling. So I placed a deposit to hold the car. When the car arrived I drove an hour to get it. When I sat down to finalize the deal, there were fees that were not disclosed. One was VTR (Vehichle theft registration) this is a process most all other dealers do not do. Ft Collins kia took it upon them selves to etch a number onto the car and charge me for it. At no time was I advised this would happen. Nor did I authorize them to modify or "enhance" the vehicle. When I called it out they refused to remove the fee and firmly stated this is what they do to all their cars, if I didn't want to pay the fee I could be refunded my money and they would sell it to someone else. "We don't negotiate on this".. I have talked to other dealerships and asked about this process. They called this process a scam because it is a way for a dealership to pad their profit.
Sad they think they can dictate what after market options are mandatory. Even if that option is not offered from the manufacturer.

Had a phenomenal experience at Arapahoe Kia. From Sales, to Finance, to my most recent service experience. I worked with Carlos Jones in Sales and he was low pressure and really helped me find the vehicle that suited both my needs and budget. I was shocked by how pleasant the experience was in Finance as well. No pressure, lots of info and they were willing to work with me on getting protection in a budget I had. The service department is no exception to this great experience. Quick for the oil change and lots of great extras (especially the coffee machine, YUM) Arapahoe Kia has become my new Go-to!

Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.
