Bad credit,. Knew that ahead of time - drayroseman
I called Kia Lakewood due to the Costco Auto program suggestion. I worked with Marc (and everyone there). I was treated with respect and courtesy and shown several cars even though my credit is weak at best.

Not like every other "salesman" - Nicolle
Justin was amazing to work with! He is professional, honest, and extremely helpful. He didn't try to pressure, manipulate or mislead me with any of the "tactics" I have seen before with other purchases from other dealers. He has shown me that there are still reliable and trustworthy car salesmen out there. He has completely changed my perspective. Thank you!!
5 Star Service - llronjay
Just bought my 3rd Kia from i25 Kia and worked with Amanda Montes. Even though we live in Lafayette, we only go to i25 Kia because their customer service is second to none, regardless of which department you work with, so it's worth the drive! Amanda was so great to work with. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and so thorough. Not to mention just plain fun to work with! Mike Marzolf was also a big help and so truly appreciated. Buying a car can be stressful and complicated and these two made it so seamless and enjoyable! Totally enjoying the new ride! Keep up the great work!
Medved Kia is just fantastic! - Pattycakes381
Friendliness and promptness for services rendered are excellent. I usually arrive early to my appointments and I still get serviced in great time. Service is impeccable
Fantastic service! - buckwheat1
I took our Kia in for a factory recall and was told the service would take a little over two hours. Expecting that I brouht along some reading material. The sitting area is super clean with coffee and snacks at the ready. The service reps are friendly and make you feel welcomed. The service took just over an hour instead of two. Before signing the paperwork I was explained what was done to the vehicle in terms I could understand. Great service!
wiper blades - Sid B
Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.
Great service! - Dog lover 4786
Peak Kia North was fantastic! I needed a new tire as I got a nail in my sidewall. They were quick with the replacement and the price was very fair! I will definitely be back.
Bait & Switch? - Mom4444
This is not our first car buying experience. But it was definitely the most awkward! Came in to test drive a used car we found online. Year/price/miles were all great! A sales manager spoke to us & wanted to move it- it had been on their lot 134 days. We get more serious, sit down talk numbers. To our surprise- the price is now $500 more. Even though we were showing the lower price from our phone. It took way too much negotiating for them to honor it. (They finally did.) They kept telling us they raised the price that morning, the website hadn’t caught up. Not my problem. Then they wanted us to make a decision by 9pm. It was making me more angry, So I wanted to speak to the sales manager again. When I approached him, the store manager aggressively interrupted. He was extremely aggressive with me and visibly angry. I explained I just wanted to feel good about my car buying experience, but I don’t. After much back and forth, he finally agreed he should have spoken to us about the situation, not pushing it through our sales person. We decided to purchase the car in the end- the price was right. But the following day when we arrived to do the paperwork the employees were cold. They also told us they would fill up the tank, vacuum, etc. They did not. Bottom line it was an extremely awkward and unpleasant experience. We do not recommend Peak Kia.
Dishonest saleman - Jan
I purchased a 2007 Mazda CX7 from Spradley. I was told it used regular gas, in fact it uses premium. I was told they had no records of repairs - Carfax showed "warranty" repairs. When I got home I was looking in the glove box, found a MAJOR repair order for the replacement of the timing chain, repairs were done by the Spradley dealership I purchased the automobile from. When I asked for a Blue Book printout of what the car was worth the salesman printed out a report showing a car with a trailer hitch and a moon roof - the car did not have either of those items on it - deceptive, I had to eliminate features from the Blue Book report to arrive at a market value. The car was not even prepped - the glove box had an envelope the prior owner had left with repair orders, there were sunflower seeds loose in the glove box - but if they had prepped the car they probably would have pulled the repair tickets out so I had no knowledge of their deception. I wouldn't buy a dog dish from these people, let alone a car.
Do not trust their sales process or people - billionnissannocustomer
Pulled the rug out from under my 2 day purchase attempt. Gave me a story about someone buying the vehicle the morning of the 2nd day during our continuing cross country telephone communication. Friday morning I prompted the salesman to get the photos I had requested from him yesterday sent to me so that we could finalize the deal today! The sales manager was also aware that the deal was basically done because he and I had made an agreement for a trade when I had driven to Durango. Cut to the end- Salesman Travis calls back and says they sold it this morning. Think this was an outright lie because they both knew it was there late morning and that I fully intended to purchase. Can only suppose someone showed up and offered more on the spot. So what do you think? Trust them? That's up to you, but I certainly do not.
You'll get better service elsewhere - PJ M
Let me say first that I usually go to Peak Kia in Littleton for service because that is where I purchased my car. I did just this once decide to try Arapahoe Kia for service as it is quite a bit closer to me, and I was seriously disappointed. Mark Gurule greeted me, asked the standard questions, let me know about the special. He couldn't find me in the system and asked if I had bought it at your dealership, I said "no at the Littleton Kia." I informed him that I also had a service contract. He said if so, it should pull up, no problem. I also asked at this point if they also include a car wash with the service and he said yes. He showed me to the waiting room, came back to inform me that my air filter was dirty and recommended it be cleaned and how much it would be, My assumption was that it would fall under the service contract. I was quickly informed my car was finished and shown the bill of $91.22. Of course I mentioned the service contract again, he said he couldn't find it. At this point he asked where I bought it... again and informed me that the dealerships didn't all use the same service contract company and so these charges were not covered. (Something he knew ahead of time since he was informed twice before completing the service). It would have been more professional to let me know BEFORE performing the service, giving me the choice. I obviously paid for a service contract for a reason and now have to pay out of pocket... twice once for the original contract and now for this service. In my opinion this was complete and overt deception. Upon walking out to my car, I noticed it was still dirty, I asked about doing the car wash ans he said "sure I can take it back for you" I replied "nevermind I'll do it myself" to which he said "ok have a good day" and left. This service advisor may be polite, but how genuine is that? Because he clearly does not exhibit honest customer service.
I will not ever come back to Arapahoe Kia for ANYTHING.
I will drive the extra 38 miles round trip to Peak Kia to get excellent customer service

They don't even respond to Better Business Bureau complaints - teslasmuse
They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it!
Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!
