My purchase here was one of the easiest, stress free car - JFIGGERS
My purchase here was one of the easiest, stress free car purchases I’ve had & I’ve loved the vehicle I purchased. Their service has been just as great. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Peak Kia in Littleton is an excellent dealership. - HL
Peak Kia in Littleton is an excellent dealership. Marc, in sales, was a pro throughout the entire car buying process from start to finish. I’ve already referred several friends to this dealership.
We are vacationing with a RV travel trailer in Colorado. - hwdarrell
We are vacationing with a RV travel trailer in Colorado. We live in central Texas. After experiencing a problem with our 2016 Ford F-350 pickup, we took it to the Durango CO Ford dealership. Their service department is outstanding. Within 15 minutes upon arrival, they had our pickup on the diagnostic computer, and was able to tell us that the needed repair would take approximately an hour and a half, at a cost I considered reasonable. Within an hour, they had completed the needed repair, and we were on our way to explore the great outdoors of Colorado. It was a great experience with a Ford department dealership, and especially considering that we are from out of state (and there were NO rental vehicles available in Durango). I highly recommend Durango Ford, service writer Tim Murphy, the service technicians, and any others who were helpful in getting us back on the road so quickly.
Our dealer, David, was very friendly and helpful! - Katie C
Our dealer, David, was very friendly and helpful! He provided us the opportunity to buy a car that hadn’t even arrived yet and we love it. Bob was also very friendly and answered all of our questions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the dealership itself felt a little “dirty” and sometimes smelled like smoke.
I25/Fowler gave me what I ordered with no hidden costs. - New22
I25/Fowler gave me what I ordered with no hidden costs. They were upfront with charges. Took a $500 refundable deposit to order my car. Charged a $699 fee over MSRP (dealers in my State of CA are charging $15k market rate adjustment over MSRP) so $699 fee is peanuts compared to that. These are crazy times for buying a new car with dealers charging these market rate adjustments. They weren't pushy and let me make decisions in my own timeframe. Was an overall great experience buying a new car from them.
Just purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage X-Pro Prestige for - clandingham44
Just purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage X-Pro Prestige for Peak Kia North. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them. The best part of Peak Kia is salesman Kerry Kennicutt. Working with Kerry has been the easiest most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Peak Kia, but mostly I HIGHLY recommend Kerry Kennicutt. He truly is #YourNoPressureCarGuy
We visited this dealership to look at a 2017 Volvo XC60 - taylorce111
We visited this dealership to look at a 2017 Volvo XC60 T5. We got there and asked for Jason as the Internet Sales Manager had given us his name. Jason took us out for a test drive the car, and patiently answered our questions. He also didn't try to pressure us into the car when we told him we had another XC60 we wanted to look at.
After driving the other car a Volvo XC60 T6, that's is the trim package she wanted. It was a little more feature rich, with slightly more comfortable interior, as well as AWD. However, that isn't to say we didn't appreciate Jason and his time that he spent with us or not enjoy the XC60 we drove at Phil Long Kia. We would visit this dealer again in the future when looking for another vehicle to purchase.
Just another dealership advertising cars that are spoken - MWFarmer
Just another dealership advertising cars that are spoken for and adding greedy markups to those that aren’t.
My car was vandalized and the ignition destroyed in a - Whatever
My car was vandalized and the ignition destroyed in a failed theft. Multiple calls and messages left over 10 days. No callback from anyone. The second receptionist told me I had to have my car drug tested before they would even consider looking at it because criminals could have done drugs in the car which would expose the mechanic. Referred me to the insurance company to get the testing; they'd never heard of this. Called the police; they'd never heard of this. Hope she got a good laugh in the break room over that one. Took my business elsewhere.
Service department needs to learn customer service. - Kiaguy
Service department needs to learn customer service. Very bad. Called peak kia and got right in. They have earned my business.
Placed an order with a deposit for a vehicle. - vstypicals
Placed an order with a deposit for a vehicle. Was told it would arrive December 2021. After months of waiting, it finally arrived in May 2022. Then they decide to sell the car with an $8,000 markup instead of selling it to me. I had to contact them just to get any information from them. They are lying by stating that Kia corporate is preventing them from selling me the car..
wiper blades - Sid B
Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.

They overcharged us nearly $3000. Don’t return calls.... - tfrugoli
They overcharged us nearly $3000. Don’t return calls. Lie. One of the key FOBs was for a different VIN#. That cost us an extra $400. Warning - do not trust these people. Take your business elseware.
They don't even respond to Better Business Bureau complaints - teslasmuse
They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it!
Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!
Greedy, greedy, greedy. - rickc5
Greedy, greedy, greedy. Only way to describe this dealership. Came in to look at Tellurides. Took a test drive and came back the next day to make a deal and put down a deposit. Sales manager said that they would NOT sell me a Telluride for MSRP, but he wanted an additional $10,000.00 over MSRP to place an order. He also low-balled me on my trade-in vehicle without even looking at it. I feel that I should have been told this up front as it would have saved us both a lot of time and gas money. Won't go back to that dealer. EVER. A Denver Kia dealer only adds $700 as "Dealer Handling." Perhaps I may call them.
