Great customer service! - dorothy colagiovanni
I identified a car on Truecar.com that I was interested in seeing at Courtesy Mazda. Aspen was the sales associate that contacted me, set up the appointment and delivered the car to me in Denver. She was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend her services!

Rone and Mazda Earned Our Business - Dylan Rodgers
Rone and Shortline Mazda are amazing. You should go and ask for Rone. Seriously the best, most genuinely thoughtful and empathetic salesman I've ever worked with.
My wife and I had been having tons of car trouble with our 2009 Ford Escape. We then traded it with a family member who acquired a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. A month later, a bearing came loose and destroyed the engine. We took it in to Shortline Hyundai and were given the ole sales pitch and a low-ball trade in price and strung along by the service department as they wracked up thousands of dollars of hours for 3 weeks (this was our only car) as they figured out that these engines weren't made anymore but the few they could get were all broken in some capacity. Shortline Hyundai seemed completely uninterested in helping the situation and wanted to simply complete the transaction.
After deciding to check out the Mazda CX-5, we walked in and thankfully got Rone. We didn't tell him about our issues but instead just wanted to do some test driving. He was not in any rush, asked very thoughtful questions, and put us in a few models to test, telling us about the features but also the story and design behind the cars. Yeah, he's selling cars, but he's also selling a state-of-mind. Despite that, Rone was obviously in this to meet our needs and not just upsell us, because after hearing our priorities recommended the cheaper version.
We then dropped the Hyundai bomb on Rone and the Mazda manager Jason who then set out to make things right. Jason physically went to the next dealership to work this out and he brought back an offer that not only met our immediate needs, but it earned our business for some time.
Thank you Rone and Jason for taking the service part of your jobs seriously.

I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle because it is so arduous. After doing my research I knew I wanted a Mazda. I went in knowing what I wanted and once I arrived I was greated by Rob. There was no pressure throughout the whole experience and I got the vehicle I wanted. The process was painless. Thank you to the whole Mazda staff who worked with me on getting me I to my new vehicle.
Amazing Experience... Best Ever!!! - Sliwinski
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Destiny was name of our Mazda rep. She is amazing and truly "gets it." Destiny provided us with the best car-buying experience ever!!! Considering we're in our 40's and have bought/leased 20+ vehicles collectively... that is the best compliment/ review we could possibly give Destiny at Groove Mazda. She listened to us & was able to match our individual needs/wants to the features & benefits of a CX-5 & a CX-9. Destiny's level of customer service was superior!!! If you're in market for a new vehicle, then go see Destiny at Groove Mazda!!!
2011 Land Rover LR4 - Could have been a nightmare!! - cpb
I bought a used 2011 Land Rover LR4 just before Christmas. When I went to the dealership to pick it up the next day (it had to be detailed and serviced) the wheels and rims had been stolen off of the vehicle. Apparently, there were several dealerships on the motor mile that were hit by thieves. Ivan (the sales manager) assured me that they would replace the rims and wheels with new ones but it would take about 2 weeks to get them in because they had to be ordered. So, the dealership lent me a vehicle the first week and I was out of town the 2nd week so it worked out ok. I returned the 1st week in January and picked up my car and it was shined and looking good.
Fast forward 4 weeks and the alternator and engine coil went out! Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty for my car (it's a Land Rover......something is bound to break and be expensive) but the engine coil was not covered by the warranty and was going to cost me $900! I called Scott (my salesman) and let him know I was not happy with what happened and he contacted Ivan who said to bring it in and let them take a look at it. After having the vehicle a couple of days, Ivan said the dealership would cover the cost of the parts so I was only out of pocket the labor cost to repair the car.
I would also like to add that Jerry (service manager at Powers location) was an absolute gentleman! I will take my vehicle back to this location for service in the future. Thanks, guys!

Went to this dealer because they said they could help me into a "New to me" vehicle. I was only looking due to a $900 repair bill on my old BMW that I wanted to avoid. I told them I didn't want to have to worry about repairs for a little while. They sold me a 04 Jeep Liberty and told me that had nothing wrong with it. Even showed me the Carfax. I naively believe that a reputable dealer would tell me all if the problems so I skipped the pre-inspection.
A Lyft inspection revealed that the power steering rack would need replaced so I took it to Spradley to confirm. After they confirmed that it would need replaced I talked with their sales manager about what they could do for me. All I got was, "It was sold as is" and that even if they had known about it and repaired it before hand, the bill would still be passed to me. While attempting to argue my point over the phone, the sales manager hung up on me.
Worst Experience Ever - Genevieve Smith
I have never been so disappointed. My husband and I went in to purchase a truck on October 7th. We were approved in what I now know is a scheme called YoYo financing which is legal but I question the morality. This means they approved us for nothing down with a payment range. They sent us out of the dealership and had us sign paperwork detailing the sale price and odometer reading and told us we would sign all the final paperwork on the next business day which would have been October 10th. That day came and went with no call from financing. Only one from the original salesmen telling us that in fact the truck we purchased had not been through the 128 point inspection that we had been promised repeatedly that it had. In fact we were told it was priced according to any flaws found during that inspection including a broken door handle. At that time we were told the inspection would occur when we came in for final paperwork. On October 23rd my husband called to inquire about the status of financing and the inspection. The Finance guy, John Day, informed him he was just about to call and schedule us to come in and sign. At that time my husband informed him of a noise that we were eagerly awaiting having looked at. John said he would speak with the sales manager about this and get back to him. Tues, October 17th we received a text message that read, "The sales manager does not want to spend money repairing the truck and we don’t want you to have to either, so just bring it back." No other options were offered and the 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty was not mentioned. Speaking with John a couple days later I was told he reported to the financing company the mechanical problem (that is not diagnosed just our mention) and therefore they will not finance the truck. After leaving a poor review I finally received a call back from the sales manager who had us come in and sit down with him. During this meeting on October 24th (almost three weeks after purchasing the truck) we were told that the issue was that we never secured financing without putting 8,000 dollars down…… From zero to 8,000? I expressed my complete disbelief and frustration with working with this dealership. In three weeks and many calls and text messages no one mentioned a problem with our financing only the truck itself. The sales manager told us he work as hard as he could to discount the truck, fix the issue (as long as it wasn’t catastrophic) and we would only have to put 3,000 down, again would have been nice to know this three weeks ago. He mentioned he would do that first thing in the morning, October 25th and once again I received no call back. Bait and switch at its best! No one at this dealership cares about individuals only making a buck. He mentioned repeatedly to me how many cars they sell in a month, well I don’t care about them and obviously the dealership doesn’t care about me. Do not buy a car here unless you have perfect credit I would avoid the yoyo and not leave with a car or truck without the financing finalized! Where no one buys just one, should be where no one should by one!
