I would certainly recommend the dealership and their staff. If I choose to purchase a vehicle again Courtesy Mazda lives up to their name and will look there first. Extremely happy.

I had an amazing experience buying my car from Penkhus. I was nervous going in because of past experiences with overly pushy salespeople and and generally unpleasant encounters. At Penkhus we found a salesman who went above and beyond for us by working with our schedules, giving us space to get to know the vehicle, and answering all of our questions. He even stayed late to accommodate our needs and spent the extra time and energy to customize my car settings and teach me all of the ins and outs of my new Volvo. Not to mention he worked hard to get us a great deal. Highly recommend!!

No customer support on problems with tires on warratied leas - steve naus
I leased a Mazda3, hatchback in august 2016. At my 10k servicing at the dealership, they indicated unusual wearing of tires. I asked for them to be replaced. They said no, it was a limited warranty on the tire. At 15k servicing, the same conversation. At 20k, the same conversation. Found out these tires on a new car, have no mileage warranty... at all. The dealership will not replace the tires. At 32 months of the lease and 22,700 miles they will do nothing. I like the car, but not the tires, and Mazda will do nothing, as the dealership watches a customer complain, and knows it is a problem. Others have complained about the same thing. . I would not purchase or lease another auto from Mazda, or Groove Mazda, in Centennial. Really poor support of a customer. Not what anyone wants,
No customer service after the sale - Liam
I bought a new 2019 CX9 and had the dealer install a clear bra and tint the front windows. During the process the drivers seat was damaged along with the door panel. When I brought it to the attention of service on Friday, they told me to go see the sales manager. At this point the vehicle only had 742 miles on it.
I went back on Monday to talk to the sales manager Javier he basically accused me of the damage and referred me back to service and that it wasn’t a warranty item. I called to try and reach Dash Fitz but his voicemail is not set up for his listed direct line and when called in to dealership I was transferred director voicemail.
Have yet to hear from Dash or a Mazda zone representative as I requested of Javier. Chrysler dealers never treat customers this way.
I’m debating wether to take my loss and trade the vehicle. Especially due to its hesitation when pulling out into traffic and the lack of power from the 4 cylinder engine. But mostly from the lack of customer service. There loss especially since I have a Granddaughter that I’ll be buying a car for.
