This dealership not only advertise VIP service; they deliver it! On Sunday July 20, 2025, I went for a scheduled service of my car. From the moment I arrived and met Adam, my service agent, it was absolute professionalism until I received my keys and left the dealership. Adam was not only focused on making sure that my car was receiving the service it needed but also making sure that I was comfortable as I waited for the car. I was delighted that the service was completed-sooner than I expected. Great service deserves my response, and I had to let Adam know that he was a valuable asset to his employer.

Kia of Stuart calls me Monday February 3rd find out that didn't know we had even picked up the car and asked if everything was okay, saying that there was no rat problem and yet there was a huge problem we found out after a few days leaving there and the car not working at all. And costing us thousands of dollars in "RAT DAMAGE" having to have the car towed from our place to the place of the mechanic as it was costing us $600 for the tow. They had no idea how to fix the car the worst place to go for fixing your car. DON'T TRUST KIA OF STUART also wasting several hundred dollars for the rental car for the time it was in there that Kia of Stuart I believe sitting in the parking lot doing nothing that's what I get from what has happened here they couldn't find nothing look at the pictures what I have provided it it says in a thousand words!!! Never would be foolish again to go back there ever again!!!

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional – Avoid This Dealership! I had a completely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this dealership. The General Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, and the entire sales team were dishonest and evasive throughout the process. From the start, I made it clear what the issue was with the car—something that turned out to be accurate—but they dismissed my concerns, claiming that all cars were like that, which was simply untrue. They even tried to make me feel like I was misinformed, which was insulting and frustrating. The General Manager, Alex, didn’t even have the decency to speak with me when I came in to address the issue. Instead, he snuck out the back door when I was walking in, clearly avoiding the situation. I later realized the Service Manager, John, had tipped him off. It’s clear they had no interest in addressing my concerns. I was given false information repeatedly, and whenever I questioned it, I was made to feel like the one who didn’t understand. This is not the way a dealership should treat its customers. A business should be built on trust, respect, and honesty—qualities that were completely absent here. After wasting over a month of my time, I will never return to this dealership. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Today I witnessed the rebirth of Kendall, Hyundai. Currently they are remodeling, but even in these conditions they are hitting it out of the park. I was able to make an appointment with the automated system and received service within an hour of making my appointment. The service team rep Jeus Calderin was very amiable, knowledgeable and caring. I had to work that day and they were kind enough to help me with uber so that I could make it to work and back when the repair was complete. Jesus was very communicative and kept me posted on the progress. Finally, someone is bringing excellent customer service back to Miami. I am very grateful and appreciate the diligent efforts of my service representative and the very excellent mechanic who fixed my baby. Please accept my most sincere gratitude. Kudos to your team. Everyone excelled today. From the young lady who first received me, to the service rep and mechanic. Very well organized and efficient service department. Not looking or looking to help me at all .i have bumper to bumper warranty had an issue with a side window shattered in my driveway and they won’t warranty it because the service writer Harold didn’t white it up correctly so with that being said they refused me .and had to pay 837$ us not good customer service at all .after many phone calls with The service manager Bob and customer service Danielle and service writer Harvard ,and actually pointed out the mistake at point of pick up did nothing to help us .They all stuck together I even have pictures of it in my driveway as stated to Harold at time of incident .they refused to see them and basically called me a liar. Good luck with anything you may need from this company and dealership

I take my 24 Sportage to this dealer because of their work quality and professionalism of their entire staff. I got hit with the whole “sorry, we could not duplicate it” as the correction. As being one that’s in the business- I understand how customers get upset when it’s “not doing it” when you take it in. I certainly understand this is not the dealers policy, but it is simply every manufacturers policy that the condition must be present and evident before it will be covered under warranty. But I still want to applaud the guys at the dealership as they did as I asked in the turnaround time was fantastic. A+

I was traveling through Stewart Florida and had a situation happen where I needed their help and others. 4 different ladies took the ball and ran with it to resolve my predicament and involve others to get the right answers. Eventually a service manager contacted me to say we had options to resolve the situation with final answers coming from a warranty decision outside of Hyundai. This review is a follow-up to my first experience with the dealer and subsequent review on February 15th. I returned to the dealer shortly after providing some straightforward feedback about my first service experience, and I was pleased with the responses I got. Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer. I hope every interaction moving forward is as positive as this one. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new wrangler.

Took my car in for recall and on the way there notice vibration in steering wheel ask them to balanced tires. Drove back home which is an hour away and steering wheel still vibrated. Called them up to let them know what was going on, they told me to bring it back in when I could. AC went out on the car so I took the car in at that time. I had to message the service writer to find out what was going with my car.She mesages me that the tires are out of round and that they had a sale on them. I didn't believe that they had a problem so I didn't want the new tires until I had them checked out. Also had to ask about what was going on with the AC. She told me it was low on freon and if they can't find leak they would have to charge me 205.00 and what ever the freon cost. I asked her if freon is low then where did it disappear to. She didn't answer my question and blamed it on the dealership I purchased the car at. So I told her to fix it anyway. Once again I had to asked her when the car was going to be complete and that's when she said she had just received the keys that it was complete. When I get there they wanted to charge me another 188.00 for checking balanced tires after I already paid 80.00 for the balance. Had my wife drive car back and I followed her home. I asked her of there was a vibration and she told me no. I test drove it and it was smooth as glass. Just wondering how out of round tires improved like that. Her and her manager don't like ot when they get challenged. If I didn't know better Wallace hyundai would be richer eight. Ow. Fell bad for those that don't know better and keep paying these bogus bills.

Bad, BAD, BAD experience! Where to start? Long story short.....don't go to Rick Case Kia, Sunrise and most especially their service department! Took our vehicle in last week for some minor recall work and when we picked it up the next day, it turns out they, meaning the service department rocket scientists had broke something that had been working perfectly before hand. It still isn't fixed!! Just a heads up everyone, CHECK OUT OTHER DEALERSHIPS FIRST!!
